I no longer trust Cannon or New Life!!!

Paid New Life for a bbl, lipo 360 and arm lipo with Dr Cannon. The whole process was ran worse than a Popeyes chicken drive thru. I got called back for surgery about 5 ours late with no apologies. There were at least 8 of us scheduled that day with Cannon and more with another dr. When I left it was dark and I hadn't eaten since before midnight the previous day.
After waiting months for swelling to go down and trying to 'trust the process' I finally decided I didn't get what I paid for. I did some before and after pictures It seems he didn't lipo my back or my upper stomach at all. He barely touched my arms also. My butt looks only slightly improved. I reached out to New Life to get my records since they never sent them over despite me signing a release on surgery day. I also asked for a revision. I was initially ignored on both. I became more aggressive and dm'ed both Cannon and New Life, texted, called and emailed numerous more times and still got ignored. I finally told them I would move forward with action (bad reviews, filing a complaint with DOH) and that day I got a call offering a revision with another doctor since Cannon had since left New Life. I asked Karina from New Life to call me back so I could let her know what I wanted to do and she agreed to, but never called. I began calling her/New Life and was hung up on or placed on hold (up to 45 minutes) as soon as they answered numerous times. I spent all day trying to get ahold of Karina-including leaving messages. I still haven't received a call back and it's been a couple weeks. I no longer trust Cannon or New Life.
