Im six months away from my date. 6/12/2019, im excited not really nervous until i see failed bbl’s on here. I need to lose 20 pounds aiming for 30. I plan to stay at Paradise Recovery house. Anyone else have that date or near?

hi congrats on your surgery . I'm almost 30 days pre op sx date jan 24 2019. I was 210lbs I'm 195lbs now . Aiming for 185lb

Im currently on the JJ smith Green smoothies. I really plan to just do those, eat as vegetarian as i can. I workout twice a week. Count calories

Girl I'm doing the same diet ...JJ Smith green smoothie! I'm not going to lie it's hard but I'm trying to get fine for the summer lol

I don’t know but for some reason I've been tempted to look at other Surgeons. Ghurani & Chang. Chang was my first choice before dowbak. I made my deposit and haven’t heard one thing from New Life since, my coordinators doesn’t even reach out.

See I don't like that. It's major elective surgery! I need them to reach out. That's the thing, customer service is so important to me and it'll deter me from a Dr. if the ppl they hire to deal with their patients lack customer service skills. Your sx is on my birthday lol, that's how I found this. I'm planning to do mine in June too but later like twenty something. Dr. Earle was my first choice but today I've been seeing so many nice Dowbak booties that I was like Hmmmn

Dowbak is a great surgeon but New Life sucks!!! I had sx in October and still haven't received a refund for a massage they didn't give me.

I'm scheduled next month with Dr Dowbak but I'm having 2nd thoughts because of the rumors and ADD the poor customer service smh!
Before I paid my deposit, the coordinator was blowing me up and she would respond IMMEDIATELY to my text messages (even after hours). The day I paid my money the communication STOPPED! Like, I deserve WAY better than this!
So now, I am considering three other FL doctors (because I've already spent money on my flight and I dont want to risk paying fees for ticket changes).
Dr #1, Dr Harry (New Life in FL), because I feel he is just as much of a superstar as Dr Dowbak plus he's younger! Unfortunately, Dr Harry works out of the same clinic with those unprofessional rude coordinators. If I decide to switch to Dr Harry, I plan to avoid the coordinators by asking for the manager each time I call (because she was very sweet and patient when I finally did get thru smh).
Dr #2, Dr. Wendell Perry (Miramar, FL), he has 18 yrs experience, and accepts BMI up to 38 (even tho I'm currently at 36 and plan to lose more weight because I want max results). What draws me to Dr. Perry is his lipo technique in distributing fat evenly, so if you gain or lose weight post op, the weight is noticed evenly across your body. Also, it seems to help the skin contract faster so you're not left with a bunch of lose skin.
Dr #3, Dr. Adam J. Oppenheimer (Orlando, FL). He has the least number years of experience and he seems to be the most expensive of the trio, however his tummy tucks are BOMB!! Low scar and natural looking belly buttons!! His BBL's and lipo jobs also look natural.
I will be making my decision within the week because I want to move past all this stress and concern and get to the process of being excited about my future new body!!!

So, due to me having a hard time getting my BMI Down (im a 36 right now) and wanting to make sure i can afford everything i need. Im changing my date to September 10. Sucks but im being patient. If anyone has any weightloss tips please share.

Do keto! The weight will fall off you. I lost 55 lbs on keto. I love it because you can eat a lot, just the right things. I’m on here researching different drs to do my bbl, was originally gonna go with dr fisher at Jolie but after doing more research on the clinic I decided I no longer want to go there based on all the deaths they’ve had under other names and bad reviews. I’m now leaning towards dr dowbak instead.
