Sooo I finally took the plunge! I’ve been researching this for 4 years. I put a deposit down for Dr. Dowbak on May 7th. I still have to figure out recovery house vs a hotel with a friend. My husband says it’s a waste of money and I don’t need it, however it’s all a self esteem thing. I know y’all can relate.

My husband and mom are both stressin me about having this done so soon. I’m starting to think maybe it was unrealistic to have it paid in time- tax return or not. We do have other things we need to get accomplished. I’m thinking I will have to postpone for 6 months- maybe a year so next May. It would give me plenty of time to pay for it myself in payments. I guess the positive is I lockedin my price with the deposit. I literally had a break down with my mom over my self esteem and how kids have ravished my body. I work out, I eat healthy, and yet still get asked once a month if I am pregnant. ???? Just need to find a more reasonable payment plan... not with it all due in 10 weeks!

Hey I feel you on that. I don't have a husband but I had a boyfriend that was going to pay for majority of the procedure (360 lipo, BBL). Change of plans, now I have to pay alone. I wanted to save half of my taxes now and half next year. I would say take your time and save for it so you don't have to feel guilty about asking for help for your procedure. I want a partner so that I don't have to drag along my sister and spend more money on paying for her trip expenses. If you want a plan partner let me know. Good Luck!
