2 days post-op and truly am in a lot of pain

I am currently 2 days PO and I feel a little better than yesterday but I truly am in a lot of pain. I didn’t expect my butt to hurt so much ! It feels like deep muscular pain. I got lipo my entire abdomen, back, arms and inner thigh with fat grafted to butt and hips. I am loving how it looks so far but it’s so hard to move around or sleep or rest at all due to pain and not to mention the leakage. Everywhere I’ve had lipo is extremely sore and even starting to burn. My Dr is more on the aggressive side I think that has something to do with how much pain I’m in. I will have my first massage today and will update later. I can’t wait to get over this stage so I can enjoy my results !
