Now I feel it’s time to put me first

I came across Dr. Linville and his team on social media and loved his work. I reached out to them and was blessed to be assigned to Melissa Villarreal as my Patient Care Coordinator. Melissa is the reason I decided to proceed with my BBL procedure thanks to her personality. I had a virtual consultation and she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions, did not rush me at all, actually listened to me as I vent away to her about a precious bad experience with another surgeon here in Austin and showed care.

She was able to show me a tremendous difference and the right way of how a patient should be treated from the start. I have been bombarding her with so many emails and she always responds to me right away. She even emailed me back after work hours and she didn’t have to do that, she was available for me even though she was not at work and that showed me she cares. I always believe that a staff is a reflection of the owner and I can just imagine how Dr Cain is and I haven’t even met him in person but that’s because he is so good that I’m traveling to Houston from Austin just to see him!! So thanks to Melissa he gained a new patient.

I’m a mom of boys and my oldest is 20 and now I feel it’s time to put me first as I already pretty much raised my kids and feel happy about my body and thanks to my husbands support I’m able to keep feeling young. My husband sacrifices so much for me and this wouldn’t be possible without him to travel to Houston and stay with me for a couple of days and care for me, that’s how amazing this Dr’s work is!!
