I always forget to mention that I did also get chin/neck lipo (the mini neck lift) & it really did make my face look snatched! Happy I added that on last minute. That was $2,500 to add onto my BBL.

Thank you! It really did make a difference in my face. My diet is not that great lol, I am trying to eat more healthy but sometimes I just don’t. I eat like normal before surgery pretty much, but now that I’m 6 weeks I’m going to be hitting the gym.

Ok, the reason why I ask is because there’s so much conflicting info about what to eat during the 6 week period. Some people say u need to eat a lot and “feed the fat” and others say u need to eat super clean. I’m barely getting my appetite back so it’s been rough.

I have two stage 2 fajas that I wear. They are from from @Esenciasalonandspa & @Solbeautyandcare_huntington on Instagram I just don’t know that style name but it’ll explain which fajas are for stage 2 on website
Omg how did you sleep I'm like 9 days into my surgery and my elbows are killing me already I can't sleep at all
My elbows were killing me too in the beginning & my knees. But I still sleep on my stomach & no longer feel uncomfortable or have any pain. It really just takes time to get very used to it. I lay my stomach on top of one pillow at night & that helps me so I’m not just flat on the bed.

5 weeks post op finally

Finally 5 weeks, feeling so much better. Still experiencing some swelling & at in my stage 2 faja 24/7. Getting lymphatic massages once or twice a week now. Started sitting on my butt a little bit this week with bbl pillow.

Oh my, you look fabulous!!! Have you ever experienced nausea post-surgery? I remember you mentioned you cut the pills in half and I think I'm gonna do the same. Clever girl!
Thanks girl, no nausea ever! As soon as I woke up from the anesthesia I asked the nurse to give me a shot in my arm to prevent nausea. They never mentioned it to me, but I already knew about it from when I got my boobs done. So she asked Dr. Dass & he said it was okay & she gave me the nausea shot in my arm before I left. Maybe that’s why I never got nausea post op? & cutting the pills in half was best for me. I hate taking any pills besides Tylenol & half a pill of the Percocet was enough to take the pain away.

25 days post op

Took these pics at 25 days post op (3.5 weeks post op). Feeling good, sooo much better finally! Still get lots of swelling in my abdomen & back. Still wearing foams & faja 24/7. Sleeping has gotten easier now. Getting lymphatic drainage massages once-twice a week (I’ve gotten 5 so far) & they are such a game changer for recovery.

I’m 3 weeks. So uncomfortable and have my first massage this week, I’m giving in and doing it, although Dr Dass said it’s not needed. What faja are u wearing?
I started my massages on day 4. I wear a faja from Cali Curves Columbia. Just look them up on IG.

Do you sleep with the foam board ?
So I sleep with my faja on & all foams inside. I usually do not sleep with my ab board on cause it’s very hard, but I’ve slept with it a few times. I was told to sleep with my faja & foams so I did that for 6 weeks.
