Mix of emotions - no results

Around May I had my first round of BBL chin Lipo and buccal fat pad removal in Miami. I didn’t look like I had a bbl at all no butt no hips after surgery Exactlyyyy the same so I decided to wait for swelling to go down completely. about a month later I still see no results? . It’s almost like the doctor didn’t put any fat in my butt or hips I said it’s only a month and it takes at least 6 to fully heal so I wanted to wait because maybe the fluff fairy might come it’s five months and it’s almost like my butt is flatter! I did EVERYTHING I WAS SUPPOSED TO AND MORE. Lived in my faja didn’t sit on it I eat GREAT. I’m very sad and I realize that I just wasted $20,000 ??? YES that’s how much his bbls cost . But that’s not the climax of this story. my surgeon uploads my before and after‘s which come to find out he has Photoshopped my back rolls completely smoothed them out, and photoshopped me a huge butt!! I’m so heartbroken and at this point I want a revision or my money back!! He knows my results look HORRIBLE!!! what a waist of pain and time off work I can’t get back
