*2nd Round BBL* 29 y/o, 5'2" 120 lbs. | Zuriarrain Doll 2x

Hey hey! I can't believe I am back on here, BUT I need a 2nd round BBL, badly. I had my first surgery on 8/23/2018 with Dr. Zuriarrain at PURE Plastic Surgery. The experience actually amazing. The staff there was amazing. However, I feel my results lasted a good year, and now I'm like "what happened?" I received the projection that I wanted at the top but I never received anything in the "cuff" area of my butt. I am small, I have a small butt, so I want the perfect bubble butt. I feel like I need the incisions under at the cuff of my butt to really get the results I am looking for. I also feel like he could've went a bit more aggressive with my lipo. I am definitely gaining more weight for my 2nd round, without a doubt. I had gotten sick before surgery and lost some weight, so I know that also played a part in my results. I wore my faja faithfully - it made my butt look SO good!
Now. I have been in a huge debate with myself on where I should go for my 2nd round. I really really love Plazas, Campos, and Dowback's work. Dominican Republic is not an option for me. Mexico seems a little iffy to me, so Campos is like my last result. I would LOVE to go to Plazas in Cali, Colombia, but to have to stay there for 2 weeks is what's making me sick LOL. Now Miami, that's easy, I've done it before and I do love Dowback's work. She makes the perfect bubble butt that I'm looking for, so she's my #1 option right now. I would stay at Keyla's Recovery House again, but this time for 5 nights instead of 3 nights like last time.
Is anyone considering either Dowback or Plazas? I was told Dowback is booked through October, so I would want to go beginning of November or even December, if I have to. I know Dowback is $6,000, with a $500 off promo that's going on. I'm contemplating just putting a deposit down.
Also - serious question for anyone that can answer. How has your primary care provider/doctor made you feel about getting surgery? In 2018, my doctor was like so negative, like I don't need it. She even made me take extra tests, which she wouldn't clear me for if it wasn't the results she was looking for. Mind you, I am perfectly healthy; I have NO issues. I feel like going to her for a 2nd round of clearance is gonna piss me tf off. I'm considering finding another PCP before the process LOL. Has anyone been through the troubles with their doctor?

I don't know why I've been having a change of heart with Dowback. She definitely shows AMAZING work and I'm sure she's GREAT for a 2nd round BBL. All of a sudden I'm ready to go to Colombia for my 2nd round, with Dr. Plazas. I was even looking at Dr. Campos in Mexico. I'm so all over the place right now, it's frustrating. All I know is that I want a bubble booty and I want it to last!! Then I'll be ready for titties, lmfao.
