Mehio is the GOAT!
WORTH IT$5,000
I am 8 wks post op from my bbl. I lost 83lbs to prep for this procedure. Dr Mehio is truly amazing, he was so sweet and genuinely cares about his patients. My recovery was hard but so so so worth it.

9 Weeks PO!!!
9 week update. I feel amazing. Massages no longer hurt. My waist continues to get smaller. I finally felt my energy completely return for me to go out dancing. I went out twice with no faja for about 4-5hrs. I did swell but not a lot, once the inflammation was present it was very uncomfortable sensation wise on my skin. I actually feel the best when I’m fully compressed in my faja funny enough. There are some girls who hate the faja but I love mine, it gives me so much relief. I wear mine 23/7 religiously with my ab board and it continues to give me an hourglass figure.
I hit a milestone this wknd. My massage lady told me my skin is healed enough that I can begin to wear jeans as long as I have my faja on and they’re stretchy. None of my jeans actually fit me lol. The waist gap is SERIOUS and so begins my quest to find the perfect jeans for my post bbl body. But I feel amazing. I can’t wait to replace my wardrobe and get clothes for my new body.

Hey doll, you look great omg! I'm excited about my upcoming bbl at Mia aesthetics in about 25 days!! How was your experience with them??

I actually had a great experience. I honestly have no complaints, I know other girls had issues contacting their coordinators but I didn't at all. I was very hands on during my journey though. So I actively checked in with my coordinator to make sure everything was on the up and up. Good luck on your sx hun!

Thanks hun! I don't have any issues when contacting my coordinator. They honestly always reached out to me. I'm just nervous as I'm traveling there. Any tips on the plane ride after surgery?? Thanks!

I booked the earliest flight out (6am flight) because they usually aren't full. So I was able to get an entire row to myself to lay down. I also used wheelchair service which honestly saved me, I was too weak to walk the airport bc of low hemo. I used my bbl pillow to sit on for take off and landing. I also set an alarm on my phone for every 30 mins during the flight so I would get up and walk to prevent blood clots. You got this good luck!

Thanks for the great advice girl! I did book a 6am flight. Hopefully it's not full:)

Make sure you use the letter your doctor gives you at post op. It lets the airline know to accommodate you as much as possible for your flight.

Yes, get yourself a sports bottle that has a spill proof straw. Your first week you will spend a lot of time laying on your stomach. The spill proof bottle just makes it easier to drink water without constantly having to get up. Your arms will hurt and be tired from pushing yourself up.

What type of jeans will you get? Curvy type/straight leg/skinny jeans/high waist line jeans?

How long did you have to stay before you flew back home.
