I can't say it enough -- if you're considering a BBL, Dr. Leon is really your guy. Over a year after surgery, my body far exceeds my expectations before getting surgery and continues to improve with reasonable diet and exercise. It's amazing to feel confident in how I look in and out of clothes.
It was really tough finding resources for men who had surgery while I was researching so I hope these updates are helpful as you consider choices for this huge decision. I'll post more images soon but in the meantime, I'm sharing some photos and videos from 6 months post-op to now (1+ year post-op).

6 Month Update
Feeling back to 100% and have fully returned to normal activities: weightlifting, sitting, driving, etc. Swelling continues to diminish, revealing more muscle tone and body contour. Really pleased with definition in my abs as well as the overall shape of my body--Dr. León created great natural contours that follow my natural musculature (which is impressive because I hadn't worked out in months ahead of surgery).
My butt hasn't reduced in size since most of the swelling decreased but the shape has continued to improve--looking more muscular and masculine. He even placed the scars near my pubic area in the natural shadow of the "V" in my abs so that they'll be even less noticeable as they continue to fade.
Excited to see changes over the next 6 months as well!

Thanks so much! The experience as a whole was great. Healing from a BBL is a long process and takes patience but Dr. León made the surgery recovery so easy and he's awesome at being available for post op care and calls. The surgery was about $3,600 and the recovery house is additional to that.
WOW! Your body looks amazing. Wish you would post an update. Would love to see your amazing results from different angles. like from the back facing straight forward. I am thinking about getting another BBL and possibly going with your surgeon, but I don't want to be stuck in the Dominican Republic for a week. Do you know if you can fly home the day after or do you have to stay for a minimum period of time? Sorry for all the questions, but also does he use drains?

He did! For my chest, he targeted the area under my pectoral muscle to give it more definition. Also had lipo on my upper and lower back, flanks, and some ab sketching (to give some definition, not to mimic a 6-pack). It's really impressive the difference it makes--in these photos, I haven't been to the gym in about five months.
Incredible! I’ll ask my surgeon about the chest lipo. Seriously though, I’ve been stalking people’s reviews for years and only 2 good results from male bbl reviews that I’ve come across. Yours is the best I’ve seen. I hope mine turns out as good as yours. You look amazing.

Oh boy, they just postponed my surgery to late June due to the Coronavirus as a precaution. Too bad, if Dr Leon is open, maybe I’ll go there instead. Lol.

One more thing, if you don't mind, if you have gained weight, have you noticed where it primarily stores? I've heard something that main fat storage cells change whenever you get a BBL and I just want to confirm. What I mean is, if you've gained weight, does the fat go to your butt?
