I am 27 days From my surgery In Tijuana Mexico Evoclinic Surgery date 4/27/19 Saturday 7am Doctor José Luis salas reason for choosing him was that I have had 4 family member who to him and all are happy with results and feel I can trust him

Leaving day early to be on to be relax and not stress Got hotel To my advantage it was next door the Grand Hotel $91 the night As my friend was going with me got room for Friday-Sunday as I will be realized at 7am Sunday Then driving back to home town and crossing border 5 hour drive back home

Most of stuff I would need after surgery I got from Dollar tree and Amazon spend $350 I might of over done it but better save than sorry I will be staying at friends house who has had surgery before and understands The need to be Patient caring and understanding so staying 5 days with him Then 2 week Coming to my house And mom Will come if necessary And help me out around the house and with my pets I will set up beds and car b4 I have surgery Don’t wanna be stressed after surgery and have limited mobility So wanna be prepared
Overall I’m looking at spending $6500 for everything

So I have decided to add face lipo to my surgery $1030 Total Check,chin,neck

You go in waiting room to have doctor see you José Luis Salas did my consultation super nice Very honest And told me what they Can actually do for me and my body type then I was brought to my private room Good size with own bathroom tv Cable WiFi phone waiting chair for guest
My Bed was hospital bed Adjustable And sheets And room decor very nice plus nice view Then 20 minutes later then to walk to Surgery wing
That’s when meet and saw my team nursers and my doctor doing Surgery

Angel Was actual Doctor Was on the chart on my room With my name And saw him mark my body on all target areas he will focus on Surgery B4 surgery

Ps he was very nice great bed side managers And I was not gonna make a big deal So far from what I felt on table I think he did great job on working to leave waist snatch and removing love handles Spend most of time on trouble areas
When he did back Lipo I did feel Discomfort And they gave me something to help And it did I would fell him grabbing Back rolls And then lipo área to he was no longer able to grab any fat So that made me happy No more rolls


Face lipo was the most discomfort just because you feel the 1st set of shots on face 4-5 of them To inject numbing stuff on face but but was Tolerable I was shocked Of how he managed to lipo and reach whole area of cheeks Jawline and neck Face is really swallow and hard to drink liquids You need a straw 1st 8 hours To help swallow But it will be worth it


Nurse super nice mainly Spanish few new English Main goal is for you to be Comfortable after surgery and minimal to no pain Very on top of their game Check In on me almost every hour Was in no pain at all after surgery


As I got chin lipo All I was given 3 hours after surgery Was kids size apple juice jellos cup And small cup of water Which to be honest was enough for me I was not hungry and was hard to swallow Few 1st hours was also given sleeping pill To help sleep As well

Sunday Woke me up 5:30 am following day to give me my 1st bath
Removed catéter and help me to put on my fajas and face garment and into my clothes they also give me my last bag of morphine that last around eight hours to make my commute home easy and less painful during transport

Day 2 and not in much pain did not bleed so much and Did not bruse a lot
