Vaser lipo with Renuvion - 5'2, 114lbs, BBL for loose skin and deflated booty

Very Loose Saggy Skin + Asian Pancake Booty :-(

I have been wanting a bbl since giving birth to my son 10 years ago which left me with extremely loose skin, mom pooch covered with stretch marks & a very obvious deflated booty :-(
I finally made the decision to schedule my procedure with Dr. Nykiel specifically because he specializes in Vaser lipo + Renuvion which is supposed to help tighten loose skin by up to 30%.
I liked that Dr. Nykiel was very honest during the consult & told me since I had lower BMI (~21) + little body fat (5’2” & 114lbs) that I shouldn’t expect much fat to be transferred but that he could still help with shaping & contouring.
Timeline:
- 1/12: phone consult ($50 fee), booked my surgery immediately after ($1000 deposit)
- 1/18: pre-op, blood draw, expectations, etc…
- 1/29: surgery day!!! Arrived @ 6am & was out before noon. I had 3 drains inserted which honestly I don’t know how you could go without them. I was expecting a bloody mess but there was almost no drainage anywhere on my bedding or puppy pads the first night.
- 1/30: POD #1 booked my first lymphatic massage per Drs rec, this rly helped with the swelling & push out a lot of fluid.
So far my only regret is not gaining more weight for the fat transfer since it feels/looks so smol with little projection & I know it’ll only shrink more over time :-((
*sigh* I know Dr. Nykiel worked with what he had & believe me I’m happy lol just hate that I was cursed with this long, flat pancake booty. Just praying I don’t lose too much of the fat transfer over these next few weeks.

POD#2 + first post-op appointment

POD #2: had my 1st post-op appt today, was told to shower beforehand & had my drains removed. Dr. Nykiel was very quick & was impressed with the skin tightening which he believes is closer to 60% with Vaser + Renuvion!
Still a little swollen but almost no pain at this point! I really do love the way my waist & stomach looks at this point.

Start lymphatic massages ASAP

Highly rec getting ur post-op massages ASAP!! I was literally up & about with barely any pain after the first massage. Bought a package of 15 & getting it done every other day.
I know I’m only 5 days out but I’m happy with my results so far. My waist & tummy are SO snatched. I know some of the loose skin will return but honestly would’ve paid for the body contouring & skin tightening alone. Renuvion is supposed to show even more tightening over the next 3-6 months too!
Booty def isn’t as bootylicious as your typical BBL & looks so small again but still a major improvement from what I started with.
