BBL: Secret Plastic Surgery, Miami

My 3 months post op date was September 15th, 2023. So far, I wish I would’ve been told a bit more about the procedure. They took a small amount of fat from my belly (which isn’t very flat at all even though I came in with not much to begin with) and even less was removed from my back. I can see where they added the fat prominently which was the top part of my ass. That’s it. I wouldn’t recommend them honestly. Go to DR.

So honestly, my waist came out smaller and nice with the shape that I was given. My back still has two identical rolls on either side which annoys the life out of me. If it’s just because I had enough fat in my ass then sure but it’s kind of a waste to not remove it. Staff was friendly minus one but she seemed stressed anyway. The male nurse is extremely kind and so is the doctor. Didn’t have any questions just kind of wanted it done and over. He’s done this thousands of times so whatever happens happens. The clinic is very pretty and clean. I did wake up on my ass which was excruciating pain but after begging for a while they finally allowed me onto my side. I do believe there’s some favouritism if you were to live in Miami because then they’d be able to do marketing with the surgery you would’ve done but other than that I’m feeling okay after one month post op. My shape still feels natural just wish my ass looked bigger so I wouldn’t feel as depressed that maybe I made a mistake. The swelling for sure made it seem a lot bigger back then just hoping it comes back. I noticed the women around me were in a lot more pain than I was like they literally was crippled and I practically walked out the back of the van after surgery perfectly fine. Very skeptical at this point. But I have hope.

So I’ve been wearing a size Medium faja before this I normally wore size large clothing so this was a tight squeeze especially with swelling. Feeling fine, mostly using my bbl chair which is a must have. Haven’t seen a crazy difference in my ass mostly just in my waist. Just praying for a bigger ass before 3 months is up. Also as a note, I always had pretty wide hips but they did make it more rounded so that’s nice.
