So, I decided about a week ago I wanted a Brazilian Butt Lift. And I'm going to be having it on the 23rd of June 2023 with Dr Orlando Llorente. This will be done at the Secret Plastic Surgery Clinic. I am going to be documenting my journey.
My BBL costs $4,200.00 and I'm going to decide if I would like to add lipo to my arms as well for an additional $500. This figure includes anesthesia. There will be a separate charge for the pre-op package (nicotine test, pregnancy test, etc..) which is $100. You can also buy the BBL pillow from them as well. I also, believe the original figure includes a faja, compression socks, etc..
I did my blood tests and ecg which are required 10 days prior and everything came out well even though my own was given in 9 days prior only because I decided to do the surgery last minute. I have my friend with me to help me through it all. I also will be contacting a very sweet nurse, Michell, who will be doing my lymphatic massages. I'll give a proper review of her after getting a few of them. She has great prices for packages compared to most places. 3 massages for $280 is a steal! And she also does drops offs and prescription pick ups. I'm just wondering how much I'd need within the first week for the massages.
My whole goal is for a skinnier but plump look even though I'm not really on the skinny side. Hoping the doctor can give me this. I'll upload a before and after picture once out of surgery.

So, I have the surgery for this upcoming Friday. So naturally I need to find a pick up/prescription pick up service with massages. And as previously said I was looking at Nurse Michell Joe on Facebook but she’s just another scam artist. The second I saw PayPal and it transfers into Hong Kong dollars I knew what it was. Be careful! People don’t care about your well-being. Just money.

Surgery day today

Have to be to Secret Plastic Surgery today at 7:30am. I’m staying over Miami Beach so I’m going to leave out at 6:30am, can’t afford to have it canceled. So far, I paid the full amount of $4,200.00 USD with an additional mandatory charge of $180.00 for the girdle and post op package. Trying to keep positive. I was told to stop eating the day before by 10pm and I’m already starving. Wish me luck.

So, had surgery on Friday. Woke up on my ass in horrible pain, the male nurse was extremely kind and spoke to me through it however. They were trying to stabilize my blood pressure but I begged them to put me on my side and finally my blood pressure got better. My ride took long so I won't be adding the name here for it. But the male nurse did his very best to get them there as fast as possible and gave me pills before I left. I was laid on my ass for an hour or so, the pain was unbearable. Did a massage everyday so far with a kind young lady, her name is Skinbybrendaa on instagram. Check her out! She advised me that the clinic sold me an $80 binder that was used for one day for nothing, then I bought a $160 faja that was an XL and she told me it needed to be a lot tighter for proper compression so I'd need a medium. So I wasted lot of money on that. Gonna buy more massages and faja from her. Her massages are $85 each, $160 for two and is mobile. Great prices!

Another thing she told me was that they left a roll on both sides of my back but took the rest out oddly enough. Also, that it's strange I'm walking so well after surgery so they may have not done as much as I thought they did. I don't believe he adds drains because I didn't receive one. One side of my hip is flat and the other rounded. I'm hoping it fluffs out later on.
