Everything was amazing from start to finish. Norma was my coordinator and was absolutely amazing. I had was alleviated once I figured out she didn't care about the money. She puts your health first. I had surgery and almost died in Miami in June 2022 having an ETT. They botched me and left me with dog ears. Dr. Balza gave me my dignity back.
