Everything was amazing from start to finish. Norma was my coordinator and was absolutely amazing. I had was alleviated once I figured out she didn't care about the money. She puts your health first. I had surgery and almost died in Miami in June 2022 having an ETT. They botched me and left me with dog ears. Dr. Balza gave me my dignity back. She fixed everything, I looked amazing at 5 days post op. I am forever grateful to Dr. Balza and her team.
