Better shape from the front & back but no projection looking from the side

Dr Rosett's beside manor is amazing from the first time meeting him. Surgery day was great no hiccups and I walked out of the clinic. He called to check on me the same day as surgery. Recovery was smooth as well but with one concern of having a hard spot on my hip and I brought my concerns to him. He came into the office on his day off to see me and I'm so thankful for that. The results( I am about 9 months post op)........ overall I have a better shape if your looking from the front and back. But looking from the side there is no projection which I what I thought would come with a butt lift... there's no lift. I remember showing my grandma my results and first thing she said was " you paid all the money to look the same". It really stung to hear her say that because I felt the same way. I cried seeing some of my pictures post op because this process is emotional and all the money you pay ( which I felt/feel currently that I wasted). I am in the process of looking to have a round 2 which I never thought I would do. Overall nice and personal doctor results were subpar.
