The Best in the Biz Butts and Breasts by Design!!!!

Dr. Nykiel is hands down one of the best physicians that has ever treated me. From his professionalism, bedside manner, care and compassion for his patients, amazing Newport Beach office staff (Hi Rafa and Marie), and most importantly his skills that pay the bills his services are UNMATCHED!! I’ve gone to Dr. Nykiel not once but twice this review is long overdue and well deserved. In 2020 I did the COVID BBL I was coming back outside snatched and his work did not disappoint. I have an athletic build 5’6 155lbs (at the time) flat stomach not a ton of fat. Dr. Nykiel found every ounce and gave me curves I had only dreamed of. In a 360 lipo procedure he snatched my waist, lifted my butt, defined my hips, and breasts, and rounded the booty. All of my girlfriends were jealous and in awe lol! Of course in 2023 my husband and I decided to have another baby, so I needed to return to Dr. Nykiel to be restored and renewed. Let me be clear Dr.Nykiel is very honest he will not jeopardize your health or results to make a quick buck. He will tell you what is possible and tell you where you need to do some work. It is very important that you are ready to maintain your results, you are paying your hard earned money for the body of your dreams do the work to keep it! I digress. In May 2024 (now 184lbs and 15 months post partum) we did a revision breast lift (another doctor did my first lift in 2015) with new implants, back, flank, and arm lipo+BBL. I was not a good candidate for stomach lipo this time around, I had very little subcutaneous fat because of my previous surgery and an enlarged hernia after childbirth not worth the risk. I am only 2 months post op but you would think I had surgery over a year ago, my swelling is gone, I’m working out, drinking my water, eating a great diet and enjoying my returned shape. As a 38 y/o mother of 3 I feel sexy, confident, and beautiful on the inside and the out. If you’ve read to the end of this recommendation and still have hesitations, don’t! I have 0 regrets. I’m a Nykiel Doll for life and so thankful that I made this journey. I have breasts and a butt by design, thank you Dr. Nykiel!!
