How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

3 months later

3 months later and I am loving my results. You can't tell that it's a bbl , looks like I was born with it. I still have Hip dips , but thats exactly what I wanted , My shape has improved greatly . Theres dresses that I was self concious wearing , and now I feel like I look great in them. If you want natural results with looking like you had a bbl , Temmen is the way to go.

3 week Post op coming up on Thursday

Adding some before and after comparisons 2 weeks post op. Currently my incisions are basically closed , I am feeling pretty good, I have my whole range of motion back. I am still tender to the touch , so if I bump into something I will feel it, my bruising is almost gone. I have no need to take pain meds , I will take Tylenol before a massage though. I am still swollen, but not as bad as before. After Thursday I am officially cleared to sit , I know most doctors recommend 6 weeks. I will definitely ease into sitting but most likely will try to avoid sitting for longer periods of time just in case.. once my 6 weeks are up I will be back to my couch potato self lol. I will admit that I do miss working out, I need to find some bbl safe workouts.

1 week post

Things I recommend after 1 week post op:
1. A Bidet- wiping is hard , not gonna lie, if you really want to feel clean, a Bidet is very very useful, if you have never used one before , I would practice before hand, I promise you won't go back to wiping , huge fan
2. Multiple pillows - sleeping on your back is hard, I wake up about 5 times a night due to back pain, I found a way to sleep in my side by propping pillows under my waist and my thighs which lifts my butt and hips off the bed, its not the most comfortable but it helps me not wake up with severe back pain.
3. Amazon fajas- you honestly don't need to spend a fortune on Fajas, Amazon has a great cheap selection that works just as well as a 160 one, I got two of the same fajas for 35 each and they work amazing as a stage 2
