I am still very embarrassed that I let this happen to me

I had Lipo 306/BBL about 8months ago. Sad to say my results are far from what I expected. While my waist is smaller and my butt is larger, without clothes or in a bathin suit the image is horrific. I'm not here to bash the character of this doctor, but rather tell about my real results. My BBL is a larger butt however, it looks like a sack of potatoes hiding under my clothes, because it is so lumpy and uneven along with my thighs (he lipo them, to "even them out" with the rest of my frame), not exactly what I got. My stomach (which was lipo) is extremely lumpy and I am ashamed to even mention I paid about 15k for this or that I ever had anything done, because I'll look stupid. My waist is smaller, however I have small "fat" pockets or fluid all around my waist. I was advised by him and his office that massage was not necessary therefore I didn't have any. His after care was horrible as I never got to see him after he collected my check and frankly I'm starting to second guess if he even did the procedure and left me for a nurse to operate on?!?!. About 5 days after my procedure I met with a doctor friend of his, that he suggested I f/o with because he would be out of town (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) the doctor friend was so confused and couldn't answer any of my post-op questions and I was so pissed that I spent $75 to uber to his office, (what a waste). After going home, which is out of state, I never heard from his office again, to check on me or anything, they just take your money and leave you to figure the rest out on your own. His office did a horrible job on advising me on what materials I would need, such as the urine funnel, lipo boards, which fajas, etc. I had to call other friends of mine to find out what I might need. While I'm happy that my waist is smaller, I'm not happy that it's smaller and lumpy with a lumpy booty to match. I whore a tight, red dress, this weekend, and I was embarrassed because it really showed how bad my thighs and booty look worst then when I went it in. I have contacted his office several times to discuss this matter and he has zero regard for my complaints and just wants me to pay MORE money to fix his mistakes, not right! Needless to say, while looking over his social media accounts, I came in contact with about a dozen or so other females with all very similar complaints. This is very disheartening that he is treating his patients with so little care, and after talking with several other doctors, I have learned that doing this type of procedure in an hour is reckless and dangerous, and this is what is happening and maybe the answer to why. I will post pictures soon as I am still very embarrassed that I let this happen to me. Dear Dr. Del Vecchio, please stop botchin people, please.
