1 week follow up
Had follow up at the Vive medical Spa and got my stitches out! Everything looking good. The doctor suggested to wait 6-8 months before doing my breasts. Went back to the Recovry House to get my massage. The massage lady is so good! She does cavitation, radiofrequency, and lymphatic drainage massage together. It really helps with the swelling. I put in my foam and boards today as well for the first time. Thought about changing my flight since I’m technically good to go, but since I still have wounds from the drains, have 2 days of injections left (to prevent blood clots) and cannot even get dressed by myself yet, I reconsidered. It’s a looong flight home and I needed a lot of help today still. I have no one at home to help me at all so if you have someone to help you it could be different for you.

You are the only person besides me who got cavitation with the Lymphatic massage. It makes a huge difference doesn't it! I don't understand why everyone doesn't recommend this, and it's completely painless
I meant to say the only person I have heard of. Not the only person LOL

Got both my drains out! Yessssssss
Front drain was killing me and it was painful to remove!! But after it was it I feel better right away. They took my back drain out later on as well. So glad to have both drains removed
