Yesss. Its very important to follow your post op instructions. You will be uncomfortable but it will be worth it in the end... Maybe its not too late, keep the faja on. Idk about bbl's, but if you lost the butt that you paid for then its probably gone foreva.....

Wow.... Did you tell the doctor that your not noticing results and your butt deflated. Ask what is revision options so he can fix it later.

It’s only been 6 weeks for me I still feel son swelling and pain

I am also 6 weeks post op from Dr P but i notice my stomach started to swell because I removed my faja one day. I put it back on including my back and front boards. I don’t mind sharing pics with u.

Truly it is both. Speak to Dr Perkins and tell him you want every fat sucked out and put extra cc’s in your butt. The post op care is hard to comply but if u can’t do it, I recommend don’t go though the Lipo. You need friends who can encourage you because we are our worse critics. Our have to wear the faja 23 hours a day with the boards, massages Nd other post op care.

No i wouldn’t recommend I had surgery in July and I am not happy with my results I’ve gone back multiple times and was brushed off. I have since gone to another dr and I am pleased with the results. With both surgery I followed a post op care I kept my faja on all day everyday had massages for over 2 months 5 days a week and it was all for nothing the ppl who knew I had surgery even stated to me I look the same including my husband. I actually couldn’t show my stomach because I developed a lump that should of been drained and they refused to drain with syringe I had to go through the whole thing again and I love my results from the other dr I was more expensive but I wish I never wasted money the first time with allure

yea mine too it’s crazy cuz when i had the consultation thy said my stomach would be fine. Smfh when i had he actual surgery he said if my stomach didn’t go down in 6 months get a mini tummy tuck oh please. I know everybody body is different but still we should of Been able to see a little more results some where. they always advertise women who went to them who’s butt is already big full of shyt people i tell u

Ughhhh! That sucks because I’m feeling in the same boat! I look exactly the same as I did before my surgery but NoW I have huge balls all over my stomach!!

For all of my patients a significant amount of fat is removed, anywhere from 4-10 pounds of fat. These will result in very dramatic results in the 3-6 month range.

Well a very poor job was one because I look exactly the same . My butt is flat and my stomach is big. So either enough fat wasn’t removed and transferred or you just did not do a good job.

For the areas that are treated all of the external fat is removed, the internal fat which is behind the abdominal muscles cannot be removed. In terms of fat transfer a minimum of 400cc and a maximum of 800cc is transferred to each buttock. The average percentage of fat transfer survival is between 50-75%, this depends on the 2 week recovery period. I would suggest for you to re-consult for before and after pictures and also to examine if there is any residual fat and if so then it could be re-transferred.
