Loving my body after 2 yrs

So happy to have come this far and made this decision for myself .everyday I feel closer to my dream body , I plan on having more done after kids , tummy tuck and breast lift for sure . Afterwards we'll see , I used to want a round 2 bbl but since the weight loss it's been even more noticeable and has made my waist appear even smaller

Now 2 yrs later 126 lbs

Loving the results still lost more weight and building muscle down to 126 lbs now, lifting 5 days a week only walking for cardio , Dass completely reshaped my body , I did gain some weight after a year so got serious and went in a calorie deficit and lost it and loving my body now

So my starting weight was 153 and I lost a little bit of weight before surgery I was 144 I am currently 136 So that’s difference of 17 pounds.
Maintaining the weight isn’t difficult ,
only thing is I have to eat more now since I lift weights because if I lose more weight I will start to lose the booty too ,
I’m extremely happy with my current weight I just want to build muscle , Also doing hip thrusts, squats , Push-ups ,band workouts ,
Doesn’t feel like something I have to keep up to something I enjoy doing now

How many massages are you getting? And are they all manual or are some with ultrasound? I’m currently healing from my bbl and can’t get a straight answer of how many to get. Your results are great

Thank you very much ! I actually didn’t get any massages , Dass does not recommend them and I felt I didn’t need them I just compressed with the garments he provided and after 6 weeks began using a waist trainer , I do self massage with coconut oil after I shower , I was doing this every day after about three weeks post op now I only massage maybe twice a week , hope this helps

Girl, you look AMAZING!!! Did Dr. Dass recommend you do a laser tightening? It cost an extra $2500 and I haven't decided yet.
