The discomfort is real
Hey ladies! I'm still in pain. The swelling (I massage myself at least 3x a day) the pressure, I have a small waist and big bones so my ribs and my hip bones and my back bones are severely bruised and feel fractured. I feel like a wuss but I swear I'm not. I can barely function. I'm still breastfeeding so I have never taken any narcotics only Tylenol and lately I have added Advil to my pain regimen. Lol. The things us women do to ourselves! I cried yesterday. It's like when you get the flu and it never goes away. That's how this is nagging pain and discomfort. Woe is me!

Hey ladies! I'm still in pain.
