Office review: They kept my $3800 deposit

Booked a BBL with dr. Christopher Khorsandi. In November 2020 i booked to have it done in January 2021. Less than a week later my mom went into icu with COVID. and i needed to cancel my surgery with giving them a 6 week notice. They kept my $3800 deposit and wokf only let me have it as a credit for treatments. I needed the money to pay for my moms funeral and they did not care. I ended up usin the credit in March for thermage that did absolutely nothing to me. My before and after look the same. What kind of practice doesn't give the money with that much notice. Smh don't spent your money here.
