Jan. 2019 New Year, Gonna Be a New Me!!

Hiii Ladies!!! I've done alot of research and I've booked my date for 1/09/19 with Dr. Hasan. I'm super excited!! My surgery is paid in full and flight has been booked! (w/insurance of course)
I'll be traveling alone, so now I'm searching for a Recovery House. Didn't wanna burden anyone (or bother to ask) with the responsibility of taking care of me. Sooooo let me know if anyone has any advice for a good RH.
Can't wait for my ass to match my thighs! I'll keep everyone updated with posts, answer questions and lots of pics! I'm one of those ppl who can NEVER get enough pics. My height is 5'7. My weight is around 175...give or take. They mentioned about gaining 10-15lbs...which is great, I love eating!! But I think I have enough fat to work with. I just wanna get the best results possible. At the end of the day, this is alot of money we're putting into ourselves..we definitely want the best outcome!

Hi! My surgery is on June 17TH with Hassan as well! You should look into @magichandsrecoveryretreat on Instagram. They are all inclusive, so it’s less stressful on you, I’m going to use them. Good luck!

Hey HUN... you look beautiful already and Hasan is going to snatch you right up ☺️ Can you please tell me what you were able to get your insurance to pay on? I know I've heard of the massages being covering by the insurance.

Insurance paid for nothing. Well, maybe it covered my labs but nothing else. I got 5 free massages w/Jolie but Im going to pay out of pocket for someone else

12 Days before surgery!!!
Okay! So now that I'm 12 days away I figured it would be a good time to update. Im such a procrastinator!!!! I literally just booked my Recovery Home TODAY! No shade, the first 5 I reached out to (my original RH's) werent available. So I found "Queens Recovery House". Theyre newer so hopefully everything works out for the best. The price was unbeatable (you know what they say, you get what you pay for). I will post a follow up review on them after my stay. (*fingers crossed*)
So Jolie emailed me months ago about gaining 10-15 pounds. I was extremely hesitant because my stomach was the last place on my body that I gained weight. But I need a fat ass lol....so I needed some fat on the stomach so Hasan can do his thing! Looking back on it, Hasan could've done his thing without me gaining the extra weight.
So my thighs are fat, my face is pudgy and now my stomach is chubby...lets get this over with!! Lol
I'm staying for a total of 7 days. Im also getting my massages in my RH. Even though my surgery came with 5 massages, my RH doesnt transport to my massage appts. And from the reviews I've read, Im not sure if its even worth the embarassment of Ubering around on my knees for a sub par massage. I havent bought any supplies yet...like I said, Im a procrastinator. I will say, I think alot of girls go way over board on buying things they will not need! I will be packing loose/light flowing sweats, t-shirts, Black tanks, arnica gel and tablets, extra strength tylenol, loose fitting robe, bbl pillow and foams/boards..thats pretty much it! If I find theres something MAJOR that I couldnt live without.. I'll keep you posted!
My labs went great, I was cleared so it went GREAT! LOL I only took Iron and folic acid. One tablet of each a day. The days that lead up to my lab work, I tried to add more salad and green veggies to my diet.
I'm imcluding pre-op pics. Original pics from 10/2018 when I booked my surgery and just recent 12/2018 after I gained the extra weight for surgery.

How much did jolie charge you & who was your doctor?

I believe the price may have started at $6000, then they said $5,500...but I then got it for $4,900 because I paid in full

After
I got so into my surgery Instagram I kind of forgot all about real self @hasangotme- my complete experience.
Update, I don't regret my decision with Dr. Hasan! Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. I believe either on here or my IG, someone asked me why would I wanna do this? She told me it would ruin my stomach and it wouldn't be smooth anymore. She was right. I do believe alot had to do with my personal after care and not being knowledgable about why the foams, board and compression were so important. I wish someone would had told me how critical that would be to my end result. However, I'm still over all happy!

Of course! Everyone tells you to buy them. But I never asked nor was it explained how ESSENTIAL they are to recovery. Example, I would wash my faja alot because of how wet and bloody it would get in the first few days after surgery. So I would go maybe 2 hrs while it washed and dried before putting it back on. And I didn't see the purpose of buying 2, which looking back on that was probably crucial to my recovery.
I was disappointed after my BBL because my abdomen was smooth and pretty much flawless albeit a little soft because of the adipose tissue . After surgery though the lipo had made my stomach have surface irregularities and dents and the drainage scars are awful. So now I have these scars on my body I never did before. In hindsight I question my decision. I was 117 lbs at 5'4 and gained 7 for surgery.
