Surgery was a success
I am about a week post op and looking and feeling good about my body and keeping up on my post op massages every single day. I am having trouble uploading photos from the app so when I get back to LA I will try from desktop. Dr. Mendieta is excellent at what he does, but some of his staff are a bit uncaring. I will include more details in my next update when I have more energy.
Before Pics
These pics are after my first round BBL + gaining an additional 15 lbs. (again). The irregularities are pretty clear. I look very wide from behind giving the illusion of a butt but as you an tell from the side and 3/4 views I’m actually just deflated.
Pre Op today
I had my pre op today. The location is very well put together and clean and they take covid seriously.
I got my pics taken and went over all the paper work and finally got to meet Dr. Mendieta and he has a great positive energy and seemed to be excited to work on me. I will be doing fat transfer to hips and buttocks + lipo 360 + upper arms + axilla + inner thighs + saddle bags (his suggestion because they make me look so wide and I agree I just didn’t to ask because I thought he would say no)
It’s a little nerve wracking to see a few girls visibly in pain with drains and blood stained fajas waiting for their post op. I had to open my phone up to my wish pic folder and just focus on positive outcomes lol
They gave me two stage 2 post op garments, arm garment, and a BBL pillow, I was told to have an extra pair of compression socks and to have foams, ab board and back triangle. I bought the triangle from the office for $20. I won’t need the board until after my drains come out so I’m just going to worry about it later. I already have the foams from Amazon they were $24 for 3.
Now I just need to fill my prescriptions (including one Valium for my nerves tonight before bed) and stay calm before surgery tomorrow!
