I am just super disappointed that I spent so much money and my issue was not resolved

I had done research on my issue for a long time and consulted with various plastic surgeons. They all agreed a BBL would definitely help fix my problem areas. (**As a child I was given vaccines which were done incorrectly and lead to me having huge indentations in both sides of my buttocks) After looking at drs I came across Dr.Shifrin. He had great reviews and was in my area. I consulted with him. I explained to him my concerns. He told me I had fat atrophy, which is why I had those huge indentations on my butt. He said a BBL would definitely help fix my areas but he also recommended implants. I am not a fan of implants so I opted out from them.
My surgery date came. Everything went extremely well. I had no complications. His staff was super helpful and attentive.After a couple weeks after surgery i noticed my problem areas were still really noticeable . I thought maybe with time they would look better. I had a total of 3 post op appointments. On my second appointment I told the dr about my unhappiness. He told me I had a lot of scar tissue under my indentations so he couldn’t really transfer any fat there. HE ALSO MENTIONED THAT THOSE AREAS WOULD SOFTEN UP WITH TIME. (THEY DID NOT SOFTEN UP) Dr.Shifrin also told me at my third appointment we could go over options with me, if I still had an issue.My third appointment came and I never had the chance to speak with him. I told the nurse taking my post op pics of my issue. She also agreed that the problem areas were STILL noticeable. She told me, she would call the dr in. Well he never came in. I heard him outside the door telling her what to tell me. So basically... he agreed to fix one area. The catch was.. I would have local anesthesia. So basically I would be awake while he did the a small “bbl”. At the moment I agreed. After a while, I started consulting with other surgeons in Miami. The surgeons told me they could definitely help me with my issue. One even told me it seemed like Dr.Shifrin had not done anything because my identifications were super noticeable. (They all saw my before and after pics).I am just super disappointed that I spent so much money and my issue was not resolved. Dr.Shifrin gave me false hope by telling he could help me and my areas would soften up with time. There’s surgeons in Miami who have dealt with patients with the same issue like myself and they look amazing after their BBL!!
