Very rushed work - right hip is higher than the other hip

Right hip is higher than the other hip and its obvious so now i need to pay again to get this fixed.
The right side also still has a hip dip.
The hips are massive and very low they are not smoothed out with the rest of my body.

The incisions i told him to put them under my bikini he put them on my thighs i think thats where he injected fat into my hips and thats why they turned out so low. He put the maximum possible amount of fat and put them anywhere. Sometimes its quality not quantity but this dr does not understand this

I wasted my time money and everyday i wish i would get my old body back

I dont know why he added fat in the outer thighs. I never asked for this. I already had thick thighs and my height is short im not tall so this effect made me look shorter. He shaved too much of my lower back fat and added all the fat in the middle of the butt hence it looks like this.
Avoid this doctor please. Ridiculous doesnt know what he is doing. I have to now get this fat in my butt liposuctioned and added to the dent in my lower back
The scars are also very bad

And his assitant tried to say that the fat didnt survive in that area. However i used to alredy have fat in my lower back before surgery so where did that go?

The idea is he liposuction too much of my lower back and inserted the fat to low
