I had a BBL with implants in february '17, and are really happy with my results.
I unfortunately am experiencing a capsular contraction complication, which has forced me to undergo a new surgery to get the implants removed, and replaced with fat.
I feel in good hands, and i do trust Aslani. He has been very good throughout this entire experience, as well as his team.

I was requested for an after sx photo PB, so here goes. I will not post anything yet of an update since i still feel pain and itching, so too soon.
Feels much better at the touch, extremely soft, since it was rock hard before.

You still look great! How is the scarring now? I have implants from Aslani sometimes I think I look so fake that I'm not happy. Even been asked few times by random men if my ass is real . so annoying I was thinking about getting them out but don't want to go thru it all again
October 24, 2017
Thank you, the scaring actually looks pretty good so far. Just a much longer healing since it is on top of the present scar.
I cannot Tell much from your pictures but it looks pretty good in dresses?
Is it without clothes you mean or beneath?
Which implants did you get?
It is rough.. longer recovery for me second time cause i had lipo again after 6 months. So it was pretty early after, so i have a lot of lumps.

Girl is this after the removal and fat transfer?????? You look AMAZING!!!!
October 25, 2017
Thank you doll....!! And Yes after removal and fat transfer, but let me say: Aslani Said that after implant removal more fat sticks for some reason. And i’ve lost only projection. :)

October 25, 2017
Waw you look amazing ! Is this fat transfer ? Waw that is amazing bubble results for fat transfer ! Goals! You said you have lumps coz 6 months we too soon, I’m hoping to go for round two to fix inconsistencies but worried now that u say lumps, would u reccomend it ?
October 25, 2017
Thanks hun!! And Yes, if you look closely on my back you Can see the lumps/uneven skin. I mean eventually it Will go away but your back is much worse painwise than the first, and you do have uneven skin - but Aslani warned me and told me to massage all the time. So i keep doing it, and it does help a lot.. How long after sx are you?

October 25, 2017
I am now 5 months post op lov and I’m hoping to go in January when I will be 8months post. Oh waw the back pain is worse, my back still hurts till today so I can’t imagine. Other than the back is it more painful ?
November 5, 2017
Sounds good doll, and i would say it was a much easier recovery than first time cause of the implants, but i wouldnt compare with me since i had complications, and am still in pain in the bum with trouble sitting down. So Its hard to Tell. Are you ready for another round??

November 6, 2017
I am ready definitely I want to just do this once and for all. I wish I could do it tomorrow even. But I am still trying to organize my finances and plan the trip. I feel like sometimes to get your ideal body two rounds is required. I never thought I would ever go back hey but everyday I see more and more reasons why I should. U spoke about the struggle of sitting, oh for me it was so so painful at first. Even sleeping on my back, I actually only started 2 weeks ago 5months post opp. It hurt but soon u get used to it

November 21, 2017
hey hun how are you holding up? how are you feeling? are the lumps better now?

One year post removal

Hi ladies,
So I apologies for all of you who have written, both in the comment section, and PB, but I chose to take a loooong break from RS, since what I went through required me to be fully there and to heal.
After my first removal, I still had unexplainable pain, itching and “pouches” from the implants after healing, that I had to go back for a third time to get a surgery.
Like they called me in the clinic, a veteran.
I must admit, the pain from the first time with implants, the second and the third time seemed as a “piece of cake”.
I had pain, but not a the same level, and for me at that point of the second surgery, still experiencing pain, the most important thing for me was to feel “painless” again.
Since I couldn’t sit, sleep even lay on the sides without pain, I was just looking for help.
Throughout all of this, I can only say good things about Dr. Aslani.
He is so compassionate, he loves his job, and he takes really good care of his patients, this is definitely my opinion.
I’ve had such a rollercoaster, and I can only say please be careful with what you decide.
I love my results, but this journey has been hard, frustrating, time consuming and cost me a job cause I had to call sick for work.
My third surgery gave me the same amount of volume as the implants.
It is not entirely even and not as firm and bubbly as with implants, but the volume is definitely there and I know it can be worked on, being more firm with excersise and clean eating.
My body does look better than what I started with, but not as I hoped entering this experience.
Today I’m three surgeries in, do experience unexplainable pain sometimes, but not at the same level.
I have scars, not a little but a lot that I’m trying to work in removing, and I still have some scars on my stomach from within since I had three lipos every 6 month three times.
Dr. Aslani told me this would heal with time, so I’m just waiting for that to happen.
Other than that, I wish every one of you girls good luck with your decision, and if any questions I will do my best to reply.
Love

Hey hun , im having a nightmare with my butt implants which I got done abroad in Colombia. so many complications happened and now only 8 weeks after having them I feel my left check is tight and I cant even walk the stairs properly, what symptoms did you get for capsular contracture? im hoping to see aslani so I can have butt implant removal as this whole thing has been emotionally depressing and draining so I understand how you may have felt to!
October 10, 2018
Hey doll,
I’m so sorry to hear that.
I had that right feeling as well, and it never went away, it just got worse.
When my 6 weeks passed and I was allowed to sit down it was so painful, and I had the feeling of sitting on little knives.
It then started getting worse and I started bruising up around the hips and the butt.
So eventually immediately after I reached my six months pass, I was set in for surgery.
Which kind of issues do you have girl?
I’m so sorry for you, and I hope it works out as smooth as possible, since this has been roughly the worst 2 years of my life, or even more I cannot even remember when I had my first surgery, and I’m still experiencing pain some days.
They say capsular contraction on the butt are worse than on the breast, cause you sit on your bum all the time where as for the breast you don’t lay on them all day. So it is a hard journey if that is what is happening.
October 10, 2018
Oh god , thats how i feel but im not even able to sit yet, i had my wounds incisions split wide open on each side and i had seroma so now how a wound vac and its been 8 weeks since surgery.
I wake up everyday in hell and just so depressed. Im waiting to speak to Dr aslani but to be honest i just want the implants out as it was such a stupid decision for me and i didnt need it before hand.
Also why does your butt hurt still? Without implants? And did he put drains in after implant removal ? How did you feel after implant removal ? Thanks hun
October 10, 2018
And also how did you feel second bbl went ? I had a bbl with him like 1.5 years ago but most at melted but he is good at sculpting for sure
October 10, 2018
Oh that is awful that they split.
Either way, it is not recommended to do surgery before the 6 month pass, since the lipo can harm you, and since your muscle in the butt needs to rest.
Tbh i feel so much better with the implants out, my body was rejecting it like crazy.
I’m sad about the scars but I’m hoping I can make them look less visible somehow with some treatment.
I did have drains for one week after removing the implants.
But third time I didn’t have drains since it was a normal bbl.
Took me three surgeries to get where I am and I still don’t know why I sometimes have pain.
Dr. Aslani can’t say either but he has talked about my case with some other doctors, and they have recommended some non-surgical treatments for the body.
I didn’t feel much better in the beginning, it took me one year to feel better after removing the implants, since I knew I had to come back a third time it was the longest three months ever.
October 12, 2018
How much weight did you put on for the surgery and did the lipo hurt the second time round when you got implants removed ?
October 10, 2018
wow ! what a journey! I feel you girl ! so tormenting getting implants and feeling good about how you look to then have complications.
I wouldn't be getting fat transfer as I literally have no fat and last time with aslani it took me a lot to put on weight and as soon as I went back to normal eating It left.
speaking with aslani on Tuesday so will see my options as this is still fresh from having implants done and my scars aren't even closed yet !
October 10, 2018
Oh so you would just want it removed with no fat transfer?
It will maybe look a bit soggy without fat, but please keep me updated on what he says.
I would love to follow your journey too. Wish you the best of luck hun!!
October 10, 2018
Its only been 8 weeks so im hoping not but i dont even hve fat to transfer as im a fitness girl and at this point just want them out !
October 10, 2018
Yeah i understand.. im sorry!
Let me know if you have more questions and ill do my Best to help. Hugs
October 10, 2018
Can't describe how much I appreciate to read about your journey as I've been on the same one with Dr. Aslani. I'm also here three surgeries later trying no to feel too sad about what the implants did to my body. I can't private message you but if you could send me a message I would appreciate it a lot as I have one or two questions that I'd like to to ask you. Once again, THANK YOU for sharing! Hope to hear from you! :-)
October 10, 2018
I saw your message, thank you so much! I can't seem to reply though as it says that "The user doesn't accept private messages". If it's not too much trouble, would you be able to allow private messages? Maybe your inbox is too full or there is a box that needs to be ticked/unticked. Or else if I could send you an email? Thank you and good night! :)
October 17, 2018
I saw that you have messaged but still can't open the messages. It just says the sam thing "The user doesn't accept private messages". Thanks though for trying to fix it. If you don't mind me asking openly, did Dr. Aslani charhe you for removing the implants and for the third surgery?
