How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

One year post removal
Hi ladies,
So I apologies for all of you who have written, both in the comment section, and PB, but I chose to take a loooong break from RS, since what I went through required me to be fully there and to heal.
After my first removal, I still had unexplainable pain, itching and “pouches” from the implants after healing, that I had to go back for a third time to get a surgery.
Like they called me in the clinic, a veteran.
I must admit, the pain from the first time with implants, the second and the third time seemed as a “piece of cake”.
I had pain, but not a the same level, and for me at that point of the second surgery, still experiencing pain, the most important thing for me was to feel “painless” again.
Since I couldn’t sit, sleep even lay on the sides without pain, I was just looking for help.
Throughout all of this, I can only say good things about Dr. Aslani.
He is so compassionate, he loves his job, and he takes really good care of his patients, this is definitely my opinion.
I’ve had such a rollercoaster, and I can only say please be careful with what you decide.
I love my results, but this journey has been hard, frustrating, time consuming and cost me a job cause I had to call sick for work.
My third surgery gave me the same amount of volume as the implants.
It is not entirely even and not as firm and bubbly as with implants, but the volume is definitely there and I know it can be worked on, being more firm with excersise and clean eating.
My body does look better than what I started with, but not as I hoped entering this experience.
Today I’m three surgeries in, do experience unexplainable pain sometimes, but not at the same level.
I have scars, not a little but a lot that I’m trying to work in removing, and I still have some scars on my stomach from within since I had three lipos every 6 month three times.
Dr. Aslani told me this would heal with time, so I’m just waiting for that to happen.
Other than that, I wish every one of you girls good luck with your decision, and if any questions I will do my best to reply.
Love

Photo
I was requested for an after sx photo PB, so here goes. I will not post anything yet of an update since i still feel pain and itching, so too soon.
Feels much better at the touch, extremely soft, since it was rock hard before.

Implant removal - Replaced with a fat transfer
I had a BBL with implants in february '17, and are really happy with my results.
I unfortunately am experiencing a capsular contraction complication, which has forced me to undergo a new surgery to get the implants removed, and replaced with fat.
I feel in good hands, and i do trust Aslani. He has been very good throughout this entire experience, as well as his team.
