From my first inquiry to my first visit everything and everyone was professional, kind and an absolute delight to interact with. My pre-op visit with Dr. Mendieta, was pure refined. His energy is gregarious, fun and enthusiastic! You can tell he's comfortable with new people because he put my fears to rest without realizing he had done just that! Everything went smoothly during and after surgery! All my post op appointments were in a timely manner but, the energy of the office is so top tier it wouldn't have mattered to me. It's a full production people. Every nurse I engaged with was knowledgeable, pleasant and just a wealth of information about the questions being asked. All stages in the process was a bliss. I watch the front desk receptionist check patients in/out answer phone calls and disinfect the front of the house so effortlessly. I highly recommend this doctor and his team if you're considering any kind of cosmetic surgery.
