So I just booked my BBL with Dr. Delvecchio in Uptown NY! I've seen a lot of his work and read a lot of reviews. He seems to be the only doctor in the area that will be able to give me the results I'm looking for. I waited about a month for the consultation. I was a little nervous to meet him because of the review that I have read but he was very calm and very nice. I did not feel rushed at all. He told me he would probably be able to get 800-1000CC into each cheek which I'm happy about because I've previously already had lipo in my abdomen, so that fat is almost non existent. I did gain some weight before the consultation..about 10 pounds! I'm 5'3 and usually about 135 pounds. Right now I'm 145 pounds. I booked my surgery for January 20th. I wanted to wait til after my birthday and the holidays..and give myself enough time to maybe gain a little more weight. I'm excited!! But nervous to not be able to sit for 2-3 weeks! I'll keep you all updated!

I’m now weighing 148 pounds. I work so much so it’s hard for me to eat all day but I feel like I’ve gained so much weight. I’m usually about 133-135. I’ll post some pictures of me now so you guys can see where I’m starting out from.

I thought he was very sweet and patient. He answered all my questions when I first went to see him and I had a list. You will not regret it.

So my pre op was QUICK. lol seemed like he had to be somewhere ..didn’t really mind because I didn’t have many questions but kind of left me feeling a little not so important although he was very very sweet!!
He’s going to lipo 360 & my arms and inner thighs. I gained 15 pounds for this surgery and it seems to go right to my butt and thighs lol (go figure). He mentioned wanting to do high def lipo on my stomach but I think I’m going to tell him not to. I heard they make the “ab” appearance with your own fat & I’d just rather have zero fat left in my stomach. If you look at my first review you’ll get a better idea of my stomach. I’ll post some before and afters here too since I am 15 pounds heavier now.
I was told to hold off on massages til he tells me I may need them. I contacted a massage therapist and she told me she would like to see me the day after surgery to get as much fluid out before the “holes” close up. I’ve been to her after my first lipo & she’s amazing. So I’ll be seeing her Tuesday, the day after surgery. Better safe than sorry!
