Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience

Absolutely horrible. Let me first say I choose Plus Cosmetics because it's Victoria Karlinsky private practice. I'm not a fan of the traditional " Miami chop shops" no offense to anyone. I submitted my photos answered the questionnaire honestly. I was told I was approved for a BBL. However I needed a BMI of 35 and Cardiac clearance due to being prescribed acebutolol 200 mg once a day from a cardiologist. Along with good labs work. Seven days before surgery I asked if I could have one additional area of lipo (neck) . Not only was my request declined my surgery was cancelled citing a 32 BMI requirement due to my " comorbidities" . There's no way to lose an additional 18 pounds in seven days. This would've been great to know before I gave my $500 deposit let alone paid $480 cash for my lab work . Let's not forget to mention aftercare and childcare while I recover. These items are non refundable. FYI for those that are unaware labwork is only acceptable for 30 days before surgery. So the chances of finding a reputatable surgeon with availability in two weeks times are slim to none. It's a total lost. I was refunded $5000 however my $500 is being held. I feel as if these aren't the terms I signed up for so as a consumer I should have the right to either accept the terms or decline without penalty. Please please please let this be a lesson to all. I have attached correspondence between myself and the coordinator at the Plus Cosmetics

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They broke the agreement if you had a BMI of 35 as the previous text suggests that you agreed to. You can look up other agencies that govern the doctor’s medical license and file a complaint.
