He WILL NOT Make You Look Natural

DO NOT go to Dennis Dass for a BBL unless you want to pay $15,000 to literally look like an ant with a skinny body and huge butt or want to have a diaper butt. I communicated with him that I wanted something natural because I’m skinny and he stopped me in my sentence during the pre-operation and told me I could trust him. He is quiet and has terrible bedside manners. He won’t even communicate to me directly about why I don’t like my butt. He made my butt wider than my shoulders which makes me look extremely strange considering I’m skinny and only 5’4. I had dark purple stretch marks all over my butt following the procedure since he put too much fat in. I also had constant throbbing in my butt from the excessive fat that be put into it. The stretch marks have now turned white since I got 2 revision procedures with another surgeon who liposuctioned the abnormal amount of fat in my butt. I was mocked in the gym after the BBL procedure with him and shamed in public because of how ridiculous it looks. Now I’m left with a stretched out skin and a flabby butt following the liposuction of my butt that will probably never look normal again, but I’d rather have that then a huge ant/diaper looking butt. He tried to charge me $8500 to get liposuctioned by him without an in person consultation which tells me that he just wants your money and doesn’t actually care about you. DO NOT come here, I will be reporting him to the American board of plastic surgery as well as American society of plastic surgeons.

Hi, how has been your experience with your reduction? I need a reduction from a 2nd bbl that I got with a different surgeon and it was the worst mistake of my life. My buttocks and hips are a lot larger than your pics so I’m concerned I’ll have dropping of the buttocks or loose skin. Especially since my size is so large.

BBL Update

I’m 1 week 3 days post op now. I provided a better picture without the garments. I don’t think you guys really are seeing what I am seeing. Even my friends and family say my butt looks oddly large and strange. I appreciate the comments about you guys thinking I look great but it’s not what I asked for.
I was very skinny before this procedure and I wanted a “skinny girl BBL” that’s very natural and I told my surgeon I didn’t want a round butt I didn’t want large hips I just wanted projection, I told him I wanted a butt that matched my thighs. Although I did say I would like to be a little curvier I didn’t want my hips to be wider than my shoulders. I love the projection from the side right now it’s super natural looking but my hips and butt roundness from the front and back view is not what I wanted. I wish I could’ve just asked him to not do any fat transfer at all to my hips/hip dips.
Do you guys really think my butt size and roundness will soften out and go down to it matching my thighs? Like how much will my butt decrease in size? I really hope it goes down I’ve went up to a size 10 in pants for work and I was a size 4.

ORIGINAL POST

My hips are massive after BBL

My hips are massive after getting the BBL procedure. I don't think they will soften to a natural result. I went with a surgeon in Beverley hills who specializes in BBLs and has very natural petite patient results. I added my wish pic of one of his patients that I wanted the same result of (girl with tattoos on her back). I don't look natural at all, I'm depressed and sad. I'm only 5 days post op but I don't think they will get smaller to the result I want at all. What can I do? I spent 15k on this and don't have any money left to even get liposuction done on my hips or butt because they're massive.
How much does it cost to get liposuction done on my hips to make them normal again? Can I lay on my hips in hopes of the fat cells dying and my hips getting smaller?

Hang in there. They will go down believe me. You look great.
You will look EXACTLY like her! 5 days!?!!! Relax you need to wait. Worst case scenario look up CareCredit but I seriously think you won't need to. Maybe a therapist? Kidding!!!lol you look AMAZING!!!
Sheesh.... you look amazing. You look curvier now sexier than your before pics. And dont get so discouraged im pretty sure the swelling hasn't subsided. Also they may look massive to you but trust me they are not. Your just not used to seeing yourself with hips thats all.
Who's your surgeon?? It's still early days just wait a little longer I'm sure you'll end up with the results you wanted!
