So I’m finally sitting down without a boppy pillow. At first it felt uncomfortable, but eventually it started to feel back to normal. As far as the garment I still wear it. I can’t go more than about 4 hours out of the garment before the swelling starts, so I find myself running back home to get back into it. I love my result.

I really think that Dr. Dowbak nailed it. Before I didn’t have any shape now I’m curvy. I know I’m still healing so the best is yet to come.

The thing no one barely talks about
What no one barely talks about is that first bowel movement after surgery. You’re expected to have at least one bowel movement within that week. The meds that are prescribed makes you constipated. To prevent that it is highly recommend to take stool softer twice a day, one pill in the am and one in the pm. I worked wonders for me. Why using the restroom I used foam to prevent my butt from touching the toilet seat.
