Headed to Colombia!

Question to those with low iron like me .. did you still drink coffee regularly while taking your iron pills ? Someone told me to stop drinking coffee .. I drink one cup in the morning & that's it .. I take my iron pill in the evening .. What do y'all think ?

my iron is a little low so i've started taking these. i'll let u all know how they work! i am getting another hemo test this week so i'll be able to measure where i started vs where i ended. on top of these pills i'm going to be eating a lot of fish, eggs, meat & green veggies. if anyone knows any other ways to boost iron let me know! i was also thinking of getting a b12 shot but i'm gonna see where my hemo is first.

i've paid my deposit w/ dr. hector garcia. it was $300 for me (it may be more or less depending on what you're getting idk) i'm getting lipo + bbl. i always knew i would have my bbl in colombia, they do it the best in my opinion. i was gonna go w/ plazas but switched to garcia & so far so good. his surgery coordinator answers quickly & is very sweet. i can't believe i'm a little under a month away! i'm a little nervous but mainly ready! i've added a goal pic, i'm def a hips girl!
