I Hate my Results

Had my surgery august 6th 2025. He is lovely as a person but his work is poor. My bbl is nothing like i wanted. He only put in 540cc of fat in each cheek giving me very natural results and my bum looks so small and flat. He said that once the swelling goes down it will look big but i know and can see as im 2.5 weeks post op that it is not near the size or shape that i wanted it to be i asked him to go big as he can and he didn’t. Ive shown other surgeons and they also believe that more fat could have been put in considering he liposuctioned 11 litres of fat. Im so unhappy with my results i wish i went with another surgeon like dogus yalcin and paid a bit extra. Recovery is so hard and i’m going to have to go for a round 2 in 6 months. Im so severely depressed and unhappy this has also cost me so much money. £5000 for the surgery itself plus £200 for 5 days clinic massage, £250 blood transfusion, im staying in istanbul for 2 months (food and hotel £3500) plus post op massages from someone is 75 euros per massage session and its only been 2.5 weeks ive spent 900 euros on massages which included double sessions. He didnt put any fat to round off my bum it just looks saggy and awful when i asked him why he only transferred a small amount he said your butt was small to begin with once the swelling goes down it will look bigger but even the massage nurses are saying the results are too natural and flat. Im heartbroken. There is no fat at the bottom or centre of my butt its just soooo flat and awful shaped. I feel like such an idiot booking with him because on his page everyone has a big bum with big results straight from the table but mine even looks small and flat on the table.also i had neck lipo suction and he left lipo burns.
