Great results, terrible post op service

I am very happy so far with my results. I'm only 3 days PO. But wow I am SO SO disappointed with the follow up protocol on their end. I have never known a doctor to not follow up with a patient (even if it's just someone from the office or a nurse) the day after SX. They never even gave us a time for my Post Op appointment. They told my care giver they would call or text me. I got nothing. Several hours after SX my caregiver asked me if someone had reached out yet so she can coordinate the next day. All i got was crickets. I messaged and called all the numbers they came into me. Why there are 4 different numbers in the first place just doesn't seem constant. I never got a call about my PO check up or even to see if I was even alive. The next day i called and called again. I finally got a response from my original coordinator who's job isn't to tell me about my PO. She just told me to go back to the sX center. So i did. And waited nearly two hours to see someone, not my doctor. She only took photos of me and then asked me to go back out to the waiting room. I only saw my doctor by chance walking back to the wAiting room and he only asked me to lift my shirt... faja on.... then i waited more time to get my first massage, apparently I was not on the schedule. The massage was horrible I cried the whole time. I don't even know if she was really qualified to do such thing. Then when I asked what time for my next masssage the front desk told me someone would call me. Well i waited and waited and again i was the one having to reach out. Then when I finally got someone they said i never paid for my massages. Which wasn't my fault. I asked ten to pay my balance and they didn't include that price... i assumed it was paid for. So i declined additional massages and hired private massage therapist. The massages were like night and day.... they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for the massage after all the issues and non follow up. The doctor didn't even ask me to follow up with him when I get Home. I'm praying when I heal I am happy worth the results. If you are looking for post of care and compassion, this may NOT be the practice you should go with.
