So unhappy and upset with my results

Went to vanity end of June 2020 for a BBL. Consultation was fine surgery went well. I was given the wrong after care information firstly, when I returned to the UK there was no communication from them. All I got told was “get your massages done and when it gets to 3 months send us pictures” even at 3 months I am the one who had to message them. I raised a concern probably august time to say I have for indent marks on my stomach (I have learnt this now when you have a BBL you are supposed to wear an ab board. I was not told this therefore my skin was healing and moulding to the shape of the garment!) I also have a massive dark brown mark (which is still there) across my back that literally looks like a massive burn scar. I got told “this is normal” I then contacted the Instagram page a month after with the same concern they got someone else to message me. She sent me a page in London who do massages so I thought okay Let’s go and see what this woman says (bearing in mind I was already getting massages done). When I tell you this woman was disgusted. She literally said to me “I do not know how this is going to be fixed how can a surgery tell you this is normal and allow you to pay for something like that” a week later I went back. She had to reach out to her mentor from Miami!!! Cos she has never seen anything like this before. I have messaged soooooo many times now and it’s beyond a joke. I have had 5 consultations from London surgeons all of them have said “a revision surgery should be free as this is not the patients fault” but what do vanity want? Money! Imagine you still have to pay the surgery cost the difference is they don’t pay for transfers or hotel which makes it look like they’re giving you some kinda discount when in all honesty it should be free anyways!!!! I messaged again asking if anything can be done about my hips because there’s no change there I still have my hip dips - something I stressed to the surgeon I want fat transferred there because I hate my hip dips. I get a reply “because the surgeon said he is happy with the fat he put there nothing can be done” really?! So my body and what has gone wrong is all based on the surgeons satisfaction and not mine. Great look really. I have actually had an interview for this to be published as I know a lot of influencers to put it out there for people to be careful I have been patient. My first issue was in august - it is now January and I’ve been ignored for weeks. I haven’t been offered no free revision or even some kind of compensation on what they have done. Put it this way. I can never ever ever wear a bikini again unless I get a tummy tuck at the age for 26!!!! And I don’t even have kids. How unfair. I was stupid enough to think these people knew what they was doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. All they care about is money. Especially with BBLs they’re not specialists to be able to do such a procedure unless you’re skinny already with a flat stomach. Which if you notice is all they really post on their insta. Weird right. Hopefully once my interview goes live on YouTube people in the UK will know not to go to vanity. So upset and disappointed. How I look now has put me into depression that During a pandemic I have had to have virtual therapy sessions and have gone to the GP for stress and depression!!!! My surgeon was Dr Mehmet

Communication and transportation while being out there was fine too.
After my surgery was done I was given incorrect Post op care after having my BBL. The fat wasn't transferred to the correct places as I asked. due to incorrect post op care I am left with huge indent marks in my stomach which looks like saggy skin with rolls. It looks horrendous and the fact I paid money to look like this is upsetting. I would’ve been happier staying how I looked before. I have contacted vanity but am still yet to get a response.

I cannot explain how helpful Malek was!! I asked him probably over 100 questions before my surgery and he was always there to answer every question. I booked my surgery for March due to lockdown was delayed to June. Once I got into contact with Malek he got me a slot the same week which was brilliant! Hotel transfers was great! Had no problems and transfer was always there on time!! My surgeon Dr Mehmet was amazing! I am so pleased with my BBL results I am only 1 week in and the difference is unbelievable! He got it spot on exactly how I asked. The day I got the surgery (1/7/20) there was a nurse working that evening I didn’t get her name and I wish I had! She was so so sooo nice! Took care of me and helped me when I needed. Would defo recommend. And I would come back if I have any other surgeries in the future!
