I'm a week post op today. Recovery has been smooth. It's pailful but mainly uncomfortable. So far I believe hazani has done a fantastic job. My surgery went well, recovery isn't as bad as people say it is.
I will add before and after pics of everything.
I've been getting lymphatic drainage massages as recommended. I've been up and about doing light daily tings. Laying in my tummy is so annoying but it will be worth it.

You look great! How is the recovery process? Do you need a caregiver? Or how do you go about caring for yourself? Thanks

The first few days I did need help.
Thankfully I have 2 younger sisters who were amazing. They would help me use the restroom and my mom would help me shower. My friends would also come to help here and there but after like a full week I was okay by myself.
So far it's been great. I don't think it's painful it just mainly uncomfortable. Takes time to get used to the faja, pillow and daily lifestyle stuff. But overall I'm very happy

When you woke up from surgery were you already in your faja? Any dislikes w Hazani?

No I wasn't. I had this weird Velcro belt looking thing wrapped with AD Pads
He gave me the wrong faja, did nothing for me. He gave me a bbl pillow that went flat after a while so had to purchase another one. Other than that no.. he was very attentive.
If you really want surgery I would recommend you to look into some DRs in TJ here in Cali hazani was only allowed to take out 5 liters
Which in my opinion I would of prefer more. But I do plan on getting round 2 in the future

He removed 5 Lt of fat
From my flanks back and a lot from my public area and lower tummy
He honestly did such a good job
I will post more pics at the end of the month

It helps get rid of the fluids, toxics, helps with swelling, and bruising. Also helps you feel much better. Look into RB day spa on IG

Make sure to get massages
I waited 5 days to get mine but I recommend to get your the 2-3 day
