Hi! Being scared is normal I was too. But your in good hands. So excited for you for your upcoming surgery.. I didn’t get drains but I know he does put them for Some women. Thank god! I didn’t get massages with Karen because I live in Ft Lauderdale and it was to far to go for massages. I went to another they recommended and was closer tio me. She did an awesome job. I had surgery on Saturday and had first massage on Monday. If I decide to do second round I would do it again. No questions asked.

Thanks!! The week prior to surgery were you taking supplements and if so... what? Did you take antibiotics at all? The consults with him are soooo brief and minimal it’s a little scary. What vitamins were you taking post op? Anything you felt helped move your recovery along? You look awesome and your experience seemed to be very easy! I hope I am as lucky!

Yes his consults are very brief everyone says the same thing. I asked to see him again before my surgery but I live locally although about an hour away. They didn’t have a problem with that. The week before surgery I was still taking the iron and vitamin c. I continued to take post op for like two weeks. Im not too much of a supplement taker. Antibiotics are a must for seven days. I have had other surgeries and they always prescribe them. Make sure you get massages. They help so much. Even though I got them when I went for post op the nurse had to take some of the fluid out with a syringe because she noticed I had some accumulated in my pubic area and between my boobs. For me personally my pain was minimal. It was sort of like a workout pain. The only thing that was annoying was going to the bathroom for number twos because you have to sit down but you have to make sure your not putting the pressure on your butt. Moving helped me not to become stiff. Make sure you eat because I became really tired a few days after and it was around the time of my post op and they did blood work and my hemoglobin was down. Hi! Thank you! He is a very good doctor and yes they all have some reviews that are not so good but from my experience with Dr Mendieta you will be in good hands. When I started researching doctors I wasn’t even to worried about how I would look but rather being safe because of all the complications you hear about that you can have. I felt very safe with him because he’s been doing this for a very long time.

Thank you! I got the one with the suspender straps and hook closure in the front. I also got an Ab board and a waist trainer. Yes I love the faja so far. It was new to my size so it fit really good. I feel weird without it on now lol The customer service had been good so far too. They respond to emails or direct message on instagram. I want to wear it for at least three months. I’m wearing it day and night. I take it off if I’m going out for a couple hours but that’s not all the time. They advised not to wear the waist trainer until three months post op so I’m waiting to use it.

Does the faja have a built in bra? How long did it take you recieve it from the time that you placed the order?

No mine does not have the built in bra but I believe they have it with that and also with the arms. Since they make them to your size I ordered on 2/20 and received in 3/4.

Thanks! And he did lipo my back not doing the arms. So far mine is not lumpy. I think he did a good job with my Lipo. But I also still get a massage once.a week. I didn’t have much fat

I did ab etching with lipo 360 and fat transfer to the butt. In my case I didn’t have a lot of fat to take out. But with the lipo 360 they go all around. He was trying to take out as much as he could so he could put in butt. Depending on what you goals are and he can do is how he determines. He’s really good with bbl’s. He sculpts he body good. He’s fast in his consultations and some people don’t like that. But he answered all my questions and I asked to see him again at pre op and they scheduled it for me. I’ve had good communication with staff. They always return my call.

That’s great! Yes, I see in your before pictures you have great abs! But that’s coming from me that I have a love handle from my 2nd 10 pound child! Lol my fat is mostly there. I will definitely look into the ab etching with lipo 360. How much was the total procedure?

Oh wow 10 pounds! Well I’ve seen great results from girls that have enough fat. I tried gaining weight but I don’t gain weight easily and I tried lol I was drinking a mass gainer and eating really bad. I think I gained a couple pounds. They get a really small waist and wide hips. I’m just wanting to go back to the gym so I can tone up. I haven’t been since a few months before procedure. The total that I paid was $7200 including Ab etching

Thank you! I have been healing well thank god. I have no idea why he didn’t. The nurse says sometimes he doesn’t find the need to. No I don’t wear the foam things because I had the Ab etching done. I ordered a faja which I’m anxiously waiting for. Im till wearing the one they gave me after surgery day and night but I want more compression. Yes send your wish pics in and make sure they put them in your chart. And make sure when he is marking you that you tell him they are there and to look at them. When he was marking me I mentioned them and he looked at them. They only allow I think three wish pics in your chart. Are you excited about getting surgery? I was so excited before I did it and nervous too lol and i didn’t tell any of my family. Get a good person to do your massages they are needed. I’m till going to do about 10 more

Yes I think so because I hear they are annoying. I didn’t get an extra faja from them because she have me a medium and said I would need a small once swelling went down. So since I had some Massages done here at home I would wash it when I was doing that and also when I would shower and then just be without it on for like 30 minutes. I really want draining much or was like I see some girls in their fajas all bloody so I didn’t feel too yucky. I didn’t shower until Monday because my surgery was Saturday and the nurse said not to. I wouldn’t call their garment a faja it’s more like a post surgical garment so that’s why I need my faja to come already. Maybe order a faja ahead of time so you’ll have it once you fell swelling has gone down. I live in Ft Lauderdale and there is not many people who do this here that I know that are good. So Mendietas office recommended someone to me in Davie so I started driving over there to her. Even if you think they are not realistic send them because you might think they aren’t but he is the one doing the work. I wish I would have had more fat to put in my butt because I really wanted a bigger booty but I didn’t so maybe next year I’ll go back to him for implants. I don’t know of any other doctor around that is good with implants.

Oh and I have never heard of contour 305. Are they expensive? I’m paying $100 for massages now

Im hoping everything I eat just goes to my booty lol since he put the fat cells there. Yes I think 4 liters they can take out but also depends on how much each of your butt cheeks can take because of elasticity. He was explaining that in one video I saw he was doing. Your going to look amazing when he’s done. But are our worse critiques at lest I am and sometimes that’s not good lol because your never satisfied. Why I say about butt implants. I wish my butt would be bigger but l knew I didn’t have enough fat lol. He advised on butt implants with Lipo but i wanted to do this first and see so I might do that a year from now. Let’s see if I can grow it some more now that some fat cells are back there. I’m only 1 month post op and so far I’m happy. I’m still getting massages and I give myself massages daily and wear a faja I ordered with an Ab board everyday and night because it’s my choice. His office said I didn’t have to wear garment anymore. I had Lipo on my inner thigh but that’s the one thing that doesn’t look lol it had any done lol. Although it was bruised so I know he did..

Ah thanks! The etching looks good some days and others not really, I’m not sure if it’s just still swollen or what though... I love my results other than I wish my butt would have stayed bigger. He advised me to go bigger but I was afraid of having it look “fake.” I just inboxed his office about a revision, I’ll probably go bigger, and also I’m pretty much 99% sure fat was added to one hip but not the other... so definitely need to even that out... lol . I wore the garment until the soreness wasn’t too bad without it on. They never told me to use in abdominal board, so I never did. Although I wore a foam triangle for about two weeks.

They never told me to use an Ab board either but I ordered one with my faja. I wore the triangle thing but it was for two weeks on my back though. I guess it’s different for every patient. Do you think they will do the revision? I hope they do if they didn’t do what they were supposed to the first time. How long do you have to wait for a revision? I wish I would have had more fat to have it transferred but I didn’t. That’s why next year I might go to him or someone else for butt implants. My soreness wasn’t bad at all just like a hard workout. I like my Ab etching so far
