How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Nearly 4 weeks post op
Hi Ladies,
I was hoping to update here regularly but I life happens!! So i'm 3 weeks and some days post op and I am a bit one leg in, one leg out tbh! First of all, lets talk massages!! Massages are soooo necessary post op! Please please please ladies, make sure you sort this out prior to your surgery, to ensure you're all booked in immediately you get back because the earlier the better. I tried multiple massage therapists before settling for the one i think best suited my needs. I read on here that getting a trained MLD therapist is the best option. IT IS NOT!!! Get a therapist that specializes in post op care, because they have seen numerous cases and no the best way to really get you to those final results you want , as opposed to just draining your fluids!! I ended up using a lady called Alejandra, based in Clapham (alejandra_aesthetics).
Secondly, i don't know about others but i have days where i wake up, look at my body and just think, I wasted my money because the reality is, you don't wake up everyday with a snatched waist. The first days i HATED my bum because it looked quite squarish (but it is starting to drop and round out a little bit now), but I just think you have to keep on telling yourself that this is not the final form. I have lost volume in one hip, way more than the other, but I'm just waiting, hoping it would end well. I still have a bit of back fat, but i'm praying its due to swelling, because Dr Serbulent worked on it.
Lastly (for now), compression is key!! Especially for my Turkey girls, because we take our drains out early and need to compress to aid the fluid leave our bodies. Ask me questions if you have any and I would be uploading pics soon.

1 week post
I’ve had 2 massages so far and swelling has reduced a little bit. My body is still forming but I wish my bum had more projection. I will try and take pics of my bum. Still sleeping on my back but it really aches
First poo
Ladies!!!! Today I had my first poo!!!! It was so bloody hard! All I can say is start taking your stool softeners early. I should have listened. I thought delaying the process would help to not encourage the poo! WRONG!!!
