I am sure excited to finally start my journey. I have been wanting to have a BBL for about a year now. I booked my surgery with Dr. Ghurani at Jolie November 19, 2019. I will be traveling alone as no one supports my decision. I know plastic surgery won't change your life. It won't solve personal problems or make you look like someone else. My reasoning is, having greater self-confidence and adding to my sense of well-being. I am a single mother to a Gorgeous 5 year old who tore my body apart during pregnancy lol. Attached is my before.

This is my before. I’m on RealSelf 24/7 and I see some great reviews and some awful. I have faith that Ghurani will give me the results I desire. I want a flat tummy, small waist and big butt that is in proportion to my body and thighs

would you say their prices/specials online are the same price or are the OR fees not included in the specials?

Today is the day I go to the doctors office to get my lab work done. I am nervous as hell. I paid off the surgery cash, paid for my first class flight $1100, and paid off the recovery house. That’s $7800 tied up. I Have to get medically cleared! Wish me luck dolls.
