I wanted to add before and after pics..The staff was amazing unfortunately my but isn't.He did a great job with the front. I also had arm lipo done. It may be best not to have too many procedures at once, that way the doctor can focus on one area and not rush the others.

Be very careful telling your doctor you want a natural look

I had a BBL on 11/18 and I would like the opinions of my surgery family. I requested a natural look which meant just that. Since it's a BBL you of course would expect to still have a good amount of projection.I will be adding before and after pictures and I would love to know your opinions.I am dissatisfied because I am still flat and have barely any project. So for you ladies who still want a big natural but be very careful telling your doctor you want a natural look.You may still end up with no ass and of course that's the last thing you want after paying for this procedure. I can only imagine what I will look like when I lose 20-30 % of the fat. I showed pictures of natural butts with a good amount of projection but unfortunately that's not what I got. I have no choice but to go for a round 2, something I never thought I would consider. It's so depressing.My husband was not supportive and now that he is seeing me for the first time he is so confused as to why I went through all this pain to still have a flat ass.The Dr has great bedside manner, I won't take that away from him and he was very nice. Our interpretation of what's natural was just not the same. This was 2 years of saving.I did not take a loan. So was it worth it absolutely not.

Thank you .Swelling has gone down so it definitely has gotten smaller. With the back pain that I am dealing with now I decided I would not go for a round 2.He gave me a great head start so the gym will just have to do the rest.

You look good. And you look natural. Thanks for telling me. I want a natural look too. I guess I will make sure to tell doctor that I want a little bigger than natural. Thank you for posting your review.

Natural is better..your lipoed areas are still.swollen so when they go down it will look even better

I am realizing that I do have to allow my body to heal and trust the recovery process
My doctor is amazing at communicating with his patients. He truly does care and is always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. So for anyone who is choosing Dr Moradian you will truly appreciate that characteristic in him.I really should have nothing to complain about when I look at where I started

I had one as well and my doctor gave me a natural look and although immwayyyyyy better than before I think we don’t really want the natural look- I’m going for a round 2 bbl, you frame is smaller like mine I think we need more than one bbl to achieve large projection- with that said YOU LOOK AMAZING-!!

I am much smaller since the swelling went down. I will post pics when I am 4 weeks post Op on 12/17th
