Why Do I Find Myself with Holes in my Ass After Doing the Bbl?

i had my first bbl two months ago, i went to istanbul to a very good surgeon ( so they said) , i'm not at all happy with the result .. they injected me 2300 liters of fat, but i see my ass still small and i have holes that make me feel uncomfortable, I have suffered so much from this operation and now I am really disheartened because I owe myself worse than before. I tried to write to the clinic and they tell me that I have to wait six months and that if I have holes it is my fault because I did not use the pillow .. I respected everything the surgeon told me to do so it is not my fault. I would like to know how I can behave? What if these holes go away?

I am left with a lot of dents and cellulite as well. I had to BBLs . Really what helps is a lot of exercise in weight training. Jogging or cardiovascular to raise your metabolism to burn a little bit of the fat while combining with muscle building exercises such as squats and deadlifts and lunges to shape everything. I know it seems counterintuitive to lose some of the fat that was transferred but I find that it makes a difference. I am one year out from my second surgery and when I gained weight my booty looks terrible! Finding A sweet spot with fat and muscle will help smooth things out.
