I originally had a bbl last year with dr gabay in Philadelphia. I recently went to Texas for another bbl and implants. Last year my butt had gotten smaller once the swelling subsided. I am 3 weeks post op. I love the outcome my doctor put 600cc implants in and transferred fat to my hips.

Had revision with dr Cortez in Houston Texas
The swelling went down from my previous surgery last year. I wanted bigger so I went to dr hourglass in Texas. I’m 3 weeks post op and I love the results. I had a fat transfer with butt implants 600cc.

finally have my dream body!!
My doctor is really all that! I was always a little curvy but after my second child I have excess fat in unwanted areas. The surgery wasn’t too bad, the healing process is rough but I’m pushing through! I’m 4 days post op and I’m feeling a little better each day. Here are some before and after pics

I had mixed reviews as well. I went in his office personally and asked to see more images of his work. That’s when I knew he was the right doctor for me. For recovery stay in your garment! Massages help a week after recovery. Stay hydrated, and rest. I’m feeling better not 100% but everything is coming along. Your going to look great!

Wow, he did an excellent job on you, you look amazing. About 5 years ago, I was looking for a surgeon in Philadelphia and Dr. Gabay was my top choice but and then I crossed him out after seeing his pictures back then and I told myself that Miami is the place that I gotta go to get a beautiful result. He did a great job on my hubby's ex as well and I couldn't believe he did that and now looking at your picture, I might want look into him again, I guess he has perfected his skills, I live in Philadelphia and the closer to home the better, less expenses as far travel costs and hotels etc, the only difference will be the high price in the east coast due to lack of competition from surgery center. Thanks for your post.
Yes, he definitely needs to update the online pictures. His recent work is amazing from the photos I saw on the tablet before booking. I decided to get it done in Philadelphia because of the convince. I highly recommend him. I will be posting more images once the swelling goes down. He is an artist lol the contour is coming together.
