My first time and it’s finally here - Ima be a doll after all

Dr Ghurani as a far as his wrk is concerned he’s amazing. But the staff Cindy and Dolce(coordinator) and Lagna (refund dept) is trash!! I’ve complained numerous time through calls emails and social media (to Ghurani) and he does absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Upon getting a quote and dr reviewing my pictures everything was smooth. Once i made the deposit and signed documents(6/22) that’s when hell broke loose. From adding and additional 1100 for thighs when i specifically said i don’t want my thighs touched and Cindy telling it’s mandatory or he can’t do my surgery. 9/22 i opted for a refund bc i started receiving emails on what the doctor requires and basically it seemed he only wanted to use his products and no one else or he’ll refuse your surgery. I spent a total of $2250 and with the $750 cancellation fee I’ll only get back $1500. I was expecting my refund within the 22-30 business and I called at the 30 day mark inquiring of my refund. That’s when Lagan Gracia told me there was something wrong with my account and a check was mailed on 10/24/22 y’all it’s been almost over 45 days and still i haven’t received a penny. My calls turned to unanswered voicemail. My emails went unnoticed. And DM’s to Ghurani left on seen and comments were deleted. I was forced to report to the BBB and depart of agriculture and consumer services in Florida.

Lagna stated the old check has been cancelled and my the following Monday i should have a new check ($1850.00) being sent to me. I asked her to read me the address and keeps confusing Indian .. Rd with Indiana .. Rd again i correct her for the 4th time. I also asked if she could email the new information and she replied with “I’m telling it to you now…”

Never received my email update and Called again to check on my refund the receptionist Shawn had me on hold for 8 mins before Lagna picking up stating ” it’s a high volume in the refund department” and places me back on hold. and i wonder why that’s so?!?! At the 17 min mark Lagna returns to the phone reads me part of the notes totally leaving out the fact she mentioned a new check would be mailed out canceling the old check. Thank God for my memory and note keeping so i had to remind her of her own words and she confirmed and put me on hold again to check with her HR dept bc she doesn’t see a new check being mailed. YALL THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Lagna said there is no HR Ivan speak to and she is the voice for HR but can’t answer any questions to where my money is and when i will receive my money. She said it takes 48 hours. I will return it to 48 hours to give you an update.

I called prestige aesthetic center to follow up with my 48-hour return call. Receptionist Alex told me HE HAS NO FILE OF ME, GHURANI LEFT THE PRACTICE AND NOW AT BODY AESTHETIC CENTER!!!! I ASKED WHERE LAGNA GARCIA HE STATED SHES NO LONGER THERE AND AT THE NEW FACILITY AS WELL!!
with this information it prompted me to check my email for BBB and i seen the company replied and LIED TO BBB AID THAT I RECIEVED MY CHECK ON 11/3!!!!!!!!! so i reached out to the new facility and receptionist Amy got my info seen i was a ghurani refund patient and had me on hold for 12-15 mins. before returning with no information besides she could reach anyone and someone will call me back . when asked who and when i will get a call back she basically said she dont know and hung up!
i had to reopen my BBB CASE BECAUSE GHURANI WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!

So I been on Dr. Gharani head since 2018 and always loved his work. I once scheduled with him at Jolie but he ended up leaving and Jolie gave me Dr. Fisher and that wasn’t happening. So i received a refund. Then life hits… and postpone everything. Finally 2022 found Gharani, scheduled and this time IT’S ON!!
Anywho it’s my first time and I’ll gladly accept all helpful advice/suggestions there is to give good, bad, and ugly ladies i need the real and no sugarcoating. THANKS GRLS xo’s
