1 year post op

Results are definitely getting better with time. I put about 4 pounds on over the holidays though, and I noticed that my hips and butt got slightly larger. But overall, I am loooooving this- I wish I did this years ago!!! I legit have a straight coke- bottle shape, without looking fake
While I’m pretty consistent with the gym, my eating habits are not always as clean as they could be. That being said, I’ve recently started cutting portions and eating cleaner so I’m excited to see if I can get my stomach down more. If I could redo anything, I’d ask for more aggressive lipo-ing in my stomach.

Feeling amazing

Natural Plumpness

Midsection still has swelling but it’s gradually going down- I’ve found that wearing the post surgery waist- band during heavier workouts keeps my sides from swelling more like they were. Every week I notice more definition in my stomach and in how my ass appears rounder, perkier, and “phatter” lol
BTW- my husband cannot keep his hands off me!!! I know he loved and wanted me before, especially since he was so against the surgery... But now?! Shhhhhheeeeiiiiittttt!!!! ???????????? lol
On another note, I did start noticing some tenderness of sorts in my butt and hips- almost like the soreness when you sit for too long... Of course I freaked out thinking I was having some kind of reaction or that I was working off my fat transfer in the gym or something ridiculous Smdh lol... Needless to say when I called the surgeons office, they said not to worry, calling them muscle spasms, which I can expect for up to a year. It’s very subtle and feels better all ready.
