On the Fence Between Dr. Plazas and Dr. Sacristan for BBL 360 and Upper Body Lipo
Contacted many doctors from Tijuana, Dominican Republic, and Colombia.
Tijuana quotes went from $4-6k for all surgical procedures. Although tempting (I live in San Diego), I decided to go to Colombia.
I'm now deciding between Dr. Luis Plazas or Dr. Hugo Sacristan.
Dr. Hugo Aguilar Villas was another option and his work was my favorite but his prices for surgery alone were too rich for my tastes ($9200 USD)
First, Dr. Sacristan is very responsive and we even communicated through Skype. He quoted me $4,800. He is very friendly and thorough in his process. And his work is pretty good but more on the natural side.
He's not associated with any recovery houses but gave me 'Imis Recovery House' as a recommendation.
Then there's Dr. Plaza. I was quoted $5600 for BBL 360 + arm/upper back lipo and an additional $600 for chin lipo.
He's actually connected to 'Palace Recovery House'. But I've heard some negative things about them. He doesn't recommend any other recovery places just his own. And I believe it's mandatory to stay there.
His work is very nice and his patients have bodies like swimsuit models afterwards.
But his customer service isn't all that great and it takes him a day or two to respond to a question.
I also read somewhere his follow-up etiquette lacks, whereas Dr. Sacristan wants to see you every 4 days. And has had the best response times out of all the surgeons I've tried to reach out to.
I believe Dr. Sacristan has the ability to transform bodies into the swimsuit body type.
My question is if you were stuck in deciding in either one. Which one would you choose and why?
