Fat necrosis after 3 months post op!

I decided to go through with a bbl procedure in Turkey, Istanbul. I was feeling perfectly fine and had no issues until 2 months post op. After 2 months I noticed a red lump appearing on both butt cheeks. I went to the hospital and the doctors prescribed me antibiotics for a month hoping it’ll be effective. The antibiotics wasn’t effective and at this point I was 3 months post op. However at this stage it had gotten a lot worse, my body has produced many lumps and abscesses all around both my butt cheeks and hips as shown in the images. I re-visited the hospital and had 2 of the very inflamed ones drained. A week later I felt more appearing which triggered me to feel very anxious and scared. Therefore I decided to visit the hospital again (royal free) to see a plastic surgeon. After being seen by a few professionals I was seen by a plastic surgeon who observed my problem and diagnosed me with fat necrosis. He said your body will deal with it naturally. I had 2 drained which are now healing. I’ve kept in contact with my surgeon sent him the pictures and he said I’d need to get them drained and is massively against getting the fat removed as it can cause more problems. I’m currently 3 months and 2weeks post op and I’m in so much agony!! The lumps are painful. The last thing I want to do is remove all the fat as suggested in worse case scenario. From observing my images and knowledge. Is this normal? Would it heal? As it appears to be ongoing. Would I have to get all the fat removed? If so would it potentially look worse than what I started with or would some of the fat survive as its been more than 3 months post op? I’ve been very worried and want answer please help me!
