Failed BBL! Multiple Failed Surgeries/revisions and my Advice for You
Botched00February 28, 2021
I am not one to write many reviews. However, I've spent years trying to fix the continuous failed surgery results of Dr. Egrari.
I am still continuing to get my body back to "normal". I'm left with scars on my body and the worst is the emotional scars of one failed result after another. I regret it all. Please think twice before going under. I would give anything to have my original natural body back.
Look through my multiple journeys to see my story.
First and foremost, I am doing this to display the truth not only with this surgeon but also in the risks of plastic surgery. I've done many. My family has lost over 100k with these surgeries/recoveries/revisions etc.
In 2019, I went to Dr. Egrari with my concerns about how unnaturally implants looked (see other journey). We talked about options and was advised that I could get a bbl to hide the visible implants since they were not placed intramuscular. I am naturally petite with very little fat. I was advised to gain as much weight as I could before the surgery.
After the BBL, upon returning home, the next day I couldn't feel my legs. I was in bed and could NOT move or feel my legs for two days. I was so scared. I've read stories about women who got paralyzed due to BBL. Thank God on the fourth day the feeling started coming back and by week end I was able to feel my legs again.
I followed all the post-op instructions. Kept my garment on at all times, lied on my stomach, didn't sit, took my medicine, etc.
At first it looked nice, then within a month I started noticing my but losing fat, smaller and smaller it got but there was something new happening... it began sagging.
It took less than three months for me to lose all the fat and ended up with a saggy butt. When I confronted Dr Egrari with my dissatisfaction he tried to change my mind in trying to convince me the final result looked good. (See pictures)
My biggest mistake was ever considering plastic surgery. Second was going to Dr. Egrari multiple times, thinking I could trust him. He would offer me discounts on the revisions promising a better result. Maybe it was my desperation in wanting my body to look normal, for trusting that a double certified surgeon with years of experience had more knowledge than I did. WRONG!
I would advise all you women looking to change your body to really reconsider. Take lot of time to weigh out the risks. I spent months doing my research. I spent years trying to fix the mistakes and lots of money wasted. In the end I didn't receive any accountability or compassion from this surgeon.

Take some time to read about BBL and the risks and deaths associated with it. It is the highest risk plastic surgery for death. I spent months on Realself doing my research and reading reviews.
Here's my personal advice: look for after pictures of at least 6 months out. All of it can look good shortly after surgery when it's all swollen and plump.
Secondly: really ask yourself why you're doing this. Are you willing to risk ending up with a failed job?
Not enough ladies at posting the negative results. It's vulnerable, humiliating and one can't help but blame themselves for trusting a professional. Don't be negative to the reviewer it's hard enough living with the botched job. Remember at one point we were where you are, researching and hoping to feel better about our bodies through surgery. If more reviews were posted about the bad results, money wasted, self-esteem killed then I think people would spend more time weighing out the risks.
After the failed jobs I have had other patients with failed jobs reach out to me with similar stories. If I had known all that before, I would still have my natural body and would have worked on just accepting what I had and why in the world I'd ever want to change it. Love yourself!
