Hey SX sisters. Hope everyone is staying in your garments. I know it gets annoying and you just want to be comfy but staying focused and disciplined is going to provide you with too results.

I don't wear mine to sleep. I just can't. The o kh time I did 23 hours a day was my first 2 months post op.

These days I start at 9 am to 9 at night.

Happy healing !

Hello, Little/Big Sis! I gave up on myself after I gained 40 pounds :-( It seems that ALL of my fat came back on my back and stomach although my butt stayed at 44"(after sx). I stopped wearing my faja 4 months ago and I am just disgusted. I am in limbo in my mind and am thinking that a 2nd sx with another Dr. will help me. OTHER THAN THAT: YOUR BOOTY GREW GIRL! Did you have a 2nd one? You look even MORE fabulous! You shape is so refined...GOOD JOB!!
Hey doll how are you thanks for reaching out. I completely understand. Let me tell you wearing this photo is hard work and definitely needs dedication. I have struggled with it myself sometimes I take a day or two off on the weekend And I do feel that I gained weight in my stomach but I keep telling myself that it's okay because my next surgery that I'm planning is my tummy tuck but I am disappointed in the fact that with covid lockdowns here in California it made it harder for me to stay disciplined and try to go to the gym because everything was closed. Don't be too hard on yourself you can do this. Look for a faja that is the most comfortable for you to wear daily.
I didn't get a round 2 lol although sometimes I think about one. My butt isn't as high as the faja makes it. Without it I feel like it's barely there.

I wish you all the luck in your next move surgery wise or throgh good old fashioned working out. All we can can do is work on our selves one day at a time.

Stay in touch and let me know how it goes
I will stay in touch and thanks
:)

1 year and 5 months post-op

Hi SX family! As we continue to go through The pandemic I feel like I have lost connection with you guys It's been a while that I've posted. for all of the ladies I have reached out Thank you and I hope that I could help you with your questions.

Just a quick update I am one year and five months post-op I continue to measure myself every now and then. I have started smoking electric cigarettes and have noticed that my measurements have decreased.

My hip and butt measurement used to steadily stay between 44 and 45 in. I've noticed that since using the e cigarettes socially that I've lost some fat.

I am now measuring between 43 and 44 in. I have not done anything different with my diet or exercise routines. With that being said I feel that I must stop socially smoking.

I am continuing to sit on my BBL cushion since I've been working from home for the last year with my full-time position. I still use it while I drive. However, I have decided not to use it if I go out to eat. Which is okay since everything is still closed here in California.

I am continuing to lay on my stomach. It's just something that I've gotten used to. I had tried to lay on my back recently and I feel like it is uncomfortable for me and has a weird sensation so I've converted into a stomach sleeper. Lol I guess it says good if I were to get a second BBL.

A quick update on my scars: I'm continue to use bio oil I also use organic almond oil. And I'm still using bio corneum. I ran out and have not ordered any but it's still part of my routine.I feel like my scars are still apparent but lipo cars are one of the hardest to treat. So I'm going to continue to work on them as long as it takes.

I continue to wear a Colombian shaper. An alternate with the sweet sweat waist trainer as well when doing squats.which I should be doing way more since I haven't really exercised this whole pandemic. I'm barely starting to get motivation to work out so wish me luck on that ladies.

Happy healing to you all

Hi there you look amazing!! You mentioned Lipo scar but I don’t see none from your pictures, where are the lipo scar normally will be at and how big are they??
Hi Jolie! Thank you so much. I have 6 lipo scars from 360 BBL. 2 on my sides two on my hips and two on the top of my butt cheeks. I'll take a picture and post them so you can see they were not that bad in the beginning of surgery but I didn't take care of them right away I waited like four or five months to start treating them they have gotten a little bit better but I'm hoping that they'll completely go away in time. The ones on my sides and on my hips are about half an inch and the ones on the top of each cheek are a little bit smaller than that.
Hola Bonita, You look AMAZING!!! where did you get the short style shapper?
I noticed the same thing in my hips now I'm 43(before 44, 45)
Thank you for keeping us posted :)
Rosie glad to hear from you. I found this awesome company in Columbia called Sol beauty and care. You can find them on Instagram. This waist trainer is amazing let me tell you I've tried a few different ones and once I found this brand it really lifts your butt and holds you in It's just one of the nicest waist trainers that I've worn.

I was so bummed out recently when I started measuring 43 in because for such a long time I was 44 to 45 inches. I was under the impression that after a year you don't lose fat so I didn't think that was going to happen to me and what I was blaming it on was that I started smoking the electric cigarettes since about September 2020. I do think that maybe it might be because I am not drinking that much protein shakes anymore like I did in the beginning but I'm not sure. I just feel like I want a bigger butt now lol I'm already thinking about a round 2 in the future but not sure yet. Have you noticed any other changes in your BBL post-op. I noticed that I have more cellulite now and I blame it on not working out but is this something that you've experienced
Same here, I have A LOT OF CELLULITE!! I'm back to the gym and hopefully go back to where I was before the BBL
I do too! I started doing a treatment with a vanna cup. I use it in the shower daily with organic almond oil. I see an improvement on the back of my legs and thighs. I tried the cup on my butt a few times but stopped since I wasn't sure if it was going to harm the fat in the butt. I started doing squats at home and. The cellulite is better..

One year anniversary

Hi ladies. Hope all is well. I have been out of touch since I last posted about scar treatment. In this time I have been using Biocorneum, 3 tubes, and bio oil that I get from Amazon. I use these two twice daily. Morning and evening is my routine. I had last posted about the scar away strips but honestly I didn't see a difference and uses the whole box but feel it wasn't for me. I'll post scar updates shortly.
Today is my one year post op anniversary for BBL 360 w chin, leg and arm lipo. I I'm still sitting on my BBL seat at all times. I like to use it especially because my job requires me to sit at a desk all day. I continue to lay on my stomach I have not laid on my back or on my sides. My neck and my back seem to have adjusted over this time so I didn't try to lay all my back or sides which I'm glad because I fulfilled my goal that I had made to myself to not do so until a year. I don't think I'm going to try anytime soon but maybe in the future I'll attempt it since I'm supposedly healed. I still continue to measure myself religiously with my measuring tape and keep a log. My measurements are still between 44 and 45 in. I don't think I've lost any more fat or projection since the beginning of my surgery. I do have to admit that I have also not worked out much other than home workouts due to covid. Lol I refuse to go to a gym and wear a mask to work out. Weight training is in my plans in the future.
Overall I am still glad that I went through with this procedure. I love the way my body looks at this moment and wouldn't have changed a thing.
I do feel that I have gotten some mild case of booty greed lol because now I want my butt to be bigger. Does this happen to any of you guys? My neck surgery that I'm planning is getting my tummy tuck with Dr Franco. I hope to do that by the end of 2021.
Thanks for following me on this journey.
